We scheduled with Chad three times and he never showed up. He rescheduled two times and the last time he did not bother to call. He did however manage to text us what he was doing instead of working and share his car collection.

Okay with basic tv installation. Not so ok with surround sound set up nor internal communication.Staff not in sync with the owner and details of work instead looking for shortcuts.
