We loved our stay at the Ramada. The pool was very clean, and the hotel staff were hardworking and always available to help. Most of the guests were families, which made for a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. We especially enjoyed our walks to the beach. For meals, we often visited the island’s country markets, which offered a wide variety of fresh food and unique gift options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly return.

My husband and I stayed for 11 nights. It is a quiet hotel , smells like gardenia in the hallways and lobby , very clean, close to restaurants and convenience stores, short walk to Ala Moana and Waikiki. We were very happy with the excellent service from front desk, lobby attendants and housekeeping . We liked that it has full sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash . We will be back again since my daughter is going to college at University of Hawaii at Mānoa . Thank you Ramada for a wonderful stay.

Very nice and clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great for exploring the Hilton Lagoon or shopping around the area. Close to a safe and beautiful beach.

Overall a good place, accessible to almost all dining place and activities meet up locations. Clean room, nice staff especially at the front desk :))
HOWEVER! The internet experience is worse than not providing at all. The speed is super slow and extremely unstable connection. We have 5 different devices and non of them reacts positively to the bad connection. It makes video streaming, messaging with WiFi, posting almost impossible. Especially for those with limited data service, the unstable connection will drain the data as a whirlpool where the connection will be down without notice.

Rooms are clean and adequate in size. Mattresses are okay. I think upgrading the mattresses would be a good investment. I've stayed here at least 5 X and already have another stay booked with them. If you need affordable, clean and friendly place to stay in Oahu, Ramada Waikiki is it.

Very disappointed. Check in was fabulous the guy working was top notch professional. but I have never been to a hotel in my life where you had to pay extra to park in the parking lot 30 dollars a night after what I just paid to stay? Whyndham you need to get it together. Or you can park in the street and beat the parking meters in the morning. Also was treated very rudely at check out by Kira and the manager I do not recommend this hotel at all. I have had some bad stays but this was one of the worst.

Location is a top notch. It’s near the beach 10 minutes walk, shopping centre, restaurants and bus stop. The hotel has a good amenities laundry area, outdoor pool, fitness area, vending machines and high speed internet. The room is clean and well maintained. A good place to stay.

Great place for families and those cost conscious travelers. Some confusion over who is on charge of parking. Is the parking lot attendant in charge or the bell captains? Housekeeping and maintenance staff are very friendly. Pool is clean with bathrooms close. They need more guest laundry capacity.

We have been here for 3 days on a 7 day trip. For the most part, we have experienced a 2 star hotel that claims a much greater experience than what we have seen. Until tonight, the hotel staff have been polite but certainly not accommodating. We have seen issues where staff were almost rude when asked about conflicts but it did not impact us until tonight,
Tonight, when we got back from an evening event (before 10 PM) we found that there was no parking at the hotel. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the conflict with the staff and hotel management, we were not able to resolve the issue and had to park our car on the street and then later move it once parking was available. The manager was not able to resolve the issue and could only say that he did not properly empower his employees to resolve the conflict. Based on this, I would encourage all future residents to look at alternative locations as Ramada is incapable of resolving issues at their location and expect you to resolve them on your own,
