Staff are very friendly, helpful, and hardworking, with excellent service from the front desk, lobby attendants, and housekeeping. The hotel provides full-sized toiletries. However, the internet connection is reported to be extremely unstable and super slow, making online activities difficult. Overall, it is considered a good, affordable place to stay in Oahu for those seeking a clean and friendly hotel in an excellent location. Many guests express a willingness to return.

Clean, well situated near the cruise terminal. Staff was very friendly. Not the most modern place but for the price, I'd recommend it to anyone coming to Honolulu and not wanting to be vacation poor because you spent it all on the hotel.

Much better than I was expecting. It’s not the fanciest hotel, but the location is great and they have a lot of facilities. Melvin in front desk was really helpful. Best thing is that they storage our luggage for free!
