“The workers are very friendly and helpful. I just wish I knew that it closes at 6pm. Now that all my belongings are there, I can't seem to go to another storage facility, it's too much work. So I'll schedule getting there before closing just to get stuff. And mine is quite pricey at $350. I might try and get a new one that's cheaper and open 24 hrs.”
“We had to store a kayak same day and first tried renting a unit online at a chain storage unit company where there was no one on site and their elevator couldn't fit our kayak so we couldn't use the unit we rented. The second unit we tried in the same building was around a corner that was too tight to fit our kayak around. I suspect we're going to have a major headache canceling or getting refunds for those units.
We found A–American Self Storage online and talked to Nickky by phone. She had us in a convenient ground level unit in less than an hour, at a lower rate than the other units we had tried to rent. Super appreciated the help of a human who was willing and able to help us out on short notice and offered us water to boot. Not sure how often we'll need storage units in the area in the future but when we do this will be the first place we go.”
“The lady that's working here was extremely very friendly, accomodating and helpful to everything I asked and needs. Cheryl is a gem, she simply the best. Also to Orlando who works at the South King location where I originally had a reservations but recommended me in Waiakamilo Road because I needed a later closing time which is 9pm. He is friendly, funny and did his very best to accomodate all my questions and needs. Thank you Storequest!”

“As an employee of RCUH/JIMAR/NOAA, we've worked with CSH quite a bit. Working with Gail, Chris, and their lead engineer Kevin, has always been great. They deliver a great, high quality product, and we've continued to use their services over the years. They've developed custom 10' containers and labs, 20' containers, and stands and cradles for our 19' small boats, as well as provided services such as maintenance, repair, replacement, modification, or custom fabrication.”
“I have use Ohana 3 times it's my go too for storage needs. I filled 2 units and left the country last year in a remote area with no internet available. A few months later there was a fire there that damaged some of the front first floor units and the elevator. The damages were extensive enough that a Restoration Co. was required. Mass emails were sent to tenants to remove their items for the cleaning restoration. Since I could not be reached and my units were in the rear. Genny the manager along with restoration workers emptied my units bagged everything and transfered everything to recently cleaned units . Genny went above and beyond to ensure the safety of all my personal belongings. Now that I have returned I am eternally grateful to Genny, she get 2 thumbs up from me because she rocks!”
“I have been a renter at this specific Hawaii Self Storage for a few years and must say things are so well run here I may never leave.
First off, the facility is very clean. There's been times I come in the morning and see BJ walking the floor with a dust mop and he's the manager. Nothing better than seeing the manager doing these tasks themselves.
Convenient...easy to use app to enter the facility. Safe and secure parking. Central location in town.
Responsive...any questions I have Ash will have an answer to or get it and responds back quickly and with a smile. Any issues I feel like I can bring up and BJ will get it resolved or find a work around. Laine is friendly to talk to and always checks on me to make sure things are going well.
Cost...reasonably priced but of course who wouldn't want things cheaper lol
All in all a great run facility and a place I have referred several people to as I trust they will be taken care of”

Made sure everything was packed heaviest to lightest and organzinged and labeled amazingly he let me see the truck being caulked and the labeles being put on to ensure quality. They even let me see how I wanted to have everything packed so I could ensure it was done to my standards and theirs providing feedback if he had felt something was wrong!. “My first experience wasn’t the best but I was dealing with a new employee that wasn’t familiar with the process and it was a lot of misunderstanding between both parties but I got a call from the property management and she was very polite and professional and cleared up all of my grievances I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for local storage options 5 star service, clean and secure location.
