“Great customer service and timely communication. It was a pleasure working with Ms. Layla on coordinating HHG delivery and dunnage pickup. She was so patient in educating me in the processes and ensured that we were properly informed. We had Trey, Anthony, Chris, Sky, Jonah, and Leofa for our delivery crew. They went careful and efficient in unpacking and assembling furniture. Trey was the primary who led by example. Leofa was the most experienced and shared his best practices and creativity with the team. I opted for a partial unpack and asked the team to unload the truck, unpack anything wrapped in paper, stage the boxes in designated spots, and assemble furniture. This allows us time to inspect items and avoid a huge mess in the house post delivery. I’m happy to report everything is great.”

Jena K was so helpful with keeping us well informed about the storage options so that way we could smoothly transition to a smaller unit. It didn't matter how many questions I asked her, she was very patient and sweet! I have also been dealing with Carlos C for 8 years now while I was in another state, and he never failed to help me out. He was also very informative as well. Anyone is lucky to work with them both. :)”
