The customer service is outstanding and at the next level, where all are welcome. Staff are very kind, attentive, and highly knowledgeable about products. They are personable, genuine, and great with customized recommendations, helping you find everything you need. They make you feel like family and you can shop with confidence. While they didn’t carry the Original product I typically buy on the mainland, a very helpful sales person offered another option which appears to be a great option.
