Jay helped me find the perfect shade of my new all time favorite foundation. I’ve been repurchasing now for two years and nothing beats it. She was personable, genuine and an amazing woman to have met. I’m truly grateful. Shereka the store manager is absolutely an amazing soul of a woman and I hope Sephora realizes what a rare gem they’ve found and she receives everything she’s earned, deserves and more. Asante is highly knowledgeable about products, great with customized recommendations and as kind hearted as women should aspire to be. Go in and visit with these truly astounding women, they’re a blessing to meet and will help you find everything you need to your hearts content.

Amazing store with beautiful amazing staff! Shereka and Caitlyn were attentive and answered all my questions. The store is clean and well stocked! Easily one of the best Sephora’s I’ve been in. Check them out if you’re in the area or forgot one of your favorite beauty products at home.

The store staff were very kind and even if I couldn't speak English, they used a translator to communicate with me, and some of them could speak some Japanese, so I was able to shop with confidence ☺️

Central location, good customer service. Nobody approached to serve me but I actually preferred it that way. They had was I was looking for and ended up buying a little more than expected.Would definitely come back again

Bridgette in the Honolulu Waikiki Shopping Center Sephora was THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! Not only did she do an AMAZING job, she was so friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. It felt like I was getting my makeup done by my best friend. She uplifted my confidence and made recommendations that were spot on. It’s like she knew everything that would look the best on me before I could ask. I loved my service with her.

Nice Sephora and conveniently located. That’s the only reason for the additional star. However, I went in today for lip gloss. That was literally all I needed so that’s what I grabbed then went right up to the line. The line began to get a little long, but I was next up in line to checkout when immediately I was pulled from the line and directed to go to the desk at the front of the store which appeared to be the loss prevention personnel. I thought nothing of it at first because cool, I can checkout quicker. However, that feeling changed as soon as I noticed no one else was being called out of line.Now as a black woman in nearly any space, we deal with this kind of thing so much that you begin to question yourself but I noticed that even after I was checked out, left out the store, then decided to go directly back in to see if I was truly crazy, no one else was pulled out of the line to complete their purchase with this personnel (all Caucasian customers left in line might I add) and the line was still relatively full.Honestly, I’m not shocked because Sephora has a horrible history of these kinds of practices with their employees, but they had no reason to think I was going to shoplift other than my skin complexion. I was literally in line within eyesight of not only the customers behind me, but also the rep checking out customers in front of me. Plus, who would steal $13 Sephora lipgloss or any thing for that matter but definitely not that! I just thought I’d share my experience. Not that it will change anything. But at least it makes me feel better getting it out there just in case anything other black women decide to shop here. It’s sad that this is the kind of world we live in but I really need Sephora employees to understand that black people are not the only people who steal! In fact, look at the numbers—we steal less than the ones you act as though don’t steal! Get it together!
