In 1867, the great royal Hawaiian leader, Queen Emma Kaleleonālani, a visionary and transformational thinker, established St. Andrew’s Priory, the oldest girls’ school in Hawaiʻi. An enduring testament to her towering vision to educate the Hawaiian people, St. Andrew’s Schools has grown to include The Prep, a K-6 boys’ school, and Queen Emma Preschool (The Preschool), for boys and girls ages two to five. Amazing school! Our child enjoys her school and we are very happy with our choice. We know other families, whose children already graduated and they always tell us how happy they were with the school.

Our kids love going to St. Andrews. The small class sizes really are an advantage when it comes to taking care of each child individually. And with Covid, they went through a lot of effort to be able to keep the school open most of the time. Good, caring teachers and a loving environment. I also love their May Day Program.

Great historic school founded by H.M. Queen Emma.....I can imagine the campus, with its nooks and crannies and nuanced spaces, vibrant wit students eager to learn and understand!
