The Refinery is a fun and artsy shop located in Kahala Mall by the theater. It is filled with interesting items with a slight twist for all ages, including things for pets and the home. The store has something for everyone, from dad and mom to keiki. Its inventory is incredible and changes frequently, featuring a mix of products like jewelry, bags, novelty items, soaps, candles, clothing, baby items, and unique cards for birthdays and special occasions. The selection is very specific and great for gift giving, as it offers things you normally wouldn't get for yourself. It is a perfect stop for retail therapy or when needing a gift without a specific thing in mind. Many find it a great store to browse, with a charming and special selection, especially at Christmas. However, some note the items can be pricey and a bit steep, giving pause before a purchase. The advice is to buy something when you see it, as it may not be there later. It is a place where you will rarely walk out buying nothing and will likely always find something.
I have not been shopping at The Refinery in a hot minute but after my recent visit I will definitely be popping in more often. I forgot how much I loved all the different products in the shop as well as the Awesome sales associates. It is so fun to rediscover hidden treasures.

What a fun little store! Owner, Sarra, is lovely, as well. The staff is personable and knowledgeable. And great selection of eclectic gifts and fun stuff!
