Great building , great location. Wonderful staff. 1 block walking from the beach! Awesome restaurants near by! Plenty of guest parking . Big units

Well maintained and close to everything! Library, post office, and more. One of the elevators can be sketchy at times. I've lived here for several months. No AC. However, the breeze is usually constant.
