I was returning a box to Amazon through the UPS store as instructed by Amazon. I was shocked that the UPS store charged me $1.50 for about 18 inches of tape to tape the box closed. Clearly the UPS store is being paid by Amazon and the instructions did not clearly explain that boxes needed to be taped closed. I know that the UPS store is expensive (ie. very expensive cardboard boxes) but charging me to tape a box closed was extreme. I won’t be patronizing the UPS store anymore.

My family was trying to get some financial documents notarized, but the notary refused because it involved a trust and we didn’t have the original trust document from over 30 years ago. After we got it done at our attorney’s office, the attorney said, “That notary is an idiot. She wasn’t updating the trust, she was just verifying the people that were signing the new documents. She needs to learn her job properly.”

The hours are much more convenient than a USPS PO Box. You have a physical address for your deliveries. The staff at this location are extremely nice and accommodating. I can rest assured that my deliveries are received in person rather than left at my doorstep at home. The service has always been accurate.

Been coming here for 7 years. Jodi and Cody always provide excellent service and with a smile. I know I can rely on them for anything - printing, Amazon returns, mailing, you name it. I don’t live in the area anymore but still drive back because I know I will get great service.

Came in to pick up my package that said delivered- had the confirmation and everything.
The guy said I had to come back later because he didn’t have time to sort through the packages. Super bummed because I took the time to drive out to the store and need my package today and can’t “just come back later”. Wont be using this UPS store again. I could literally see the packages that came in and he didn’t even attempt to check for my package. No line behind me either.

I went here to get a notary and the woman refused to sign it because it was in BOTH English and Spanish. I was confused since I know that my same documents have been signed here many times before, and that there shouldn’t be a problem since the DIRECT English translation was on the document. 0/10 experience, I don’t think she knows what she is doing. This was a waste of my time driving out here on a moped as a college student. Unfortunately for me I chose this location which was completely incompetent and unhelpful.
update : I went to a different location and had my documents notarized no problem at all (how it should’ve been when I went here!)

Yesterday I took framed artwork to be packed and shipped to the mainland for my daughter. These were one-of-a-kind pieces and very dear to our family. I was greeted by Rocio at the door with my wagon full of art. She immediately put me at ease. She organized the entire process. She verified values for insurance purposes, suggested the best way to package the pieces and documented everything. It was a seamless process that put me at ease. She even made sure I got a AAA discount for this very expensive undertaking. Rocio was professional, but when the transaction was completed, she felt like an old friend. I can't thank her enough for her help. I will be going back.

I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Cody. Cody went above and beyond helping me with a difficult passport with a child form. He emailed me back responding to me instantly after I emailed him. I then went into get the form notarized and he also helped with that then I went in a second time to Xerox other personal documents and I wasn’t comfortable with even the Xerox machine and he helped me copy. Every single document was so kind and helpful and knowledgeable thank you so much for all your help
