The best customer service hands down at any post office. They represent the hawaiian aloha spirit very well. I’ve been to this location many times at the last minute and they always come around to help me to their best ability. I am very grateful for their service and for helping me get packages over to the other side of the country to my family in Virginia.

I went to the post to mail two letters. I ran out of stamps and they didn't have a stamp machine outside. I was forced to stand in the long line to get stamps. I stood in line for one whole hour just to get stamps to mail off my two letters. They only had two cashiers working and they were moving like molasses. Everyone in line was getting irritated. The woman that helped me was friendly. I know they're raising stamp prices in a few days, so I purchased two sheets of forever stamps from her and mailed my letters.* USPS are raising shipping prices in a few days. The prices in my pics will be obsolete FYI.

Wait time is way too long! Only one teller. Wait line out the door and blocking the side walk. Do not come to this post office. If you open at 9 am make sure you are fully staffed.

Like a lot of institutions, The United States Postal Service has really cut back on hours. This location, however, has kept some of the best availability in Honolulu. The employees are helpful and efficient. Though it is not the closest, this is my go-to post office, and probably the one I use most.

Came here around 10:15am to mail out a letter. I needed a envelope with a postage stamp! Line was out the door! There was only one girl working out of the 4 registers. They need more workers! What heck is going on?

Usually has a long line, you should pack your stuff and weigh it at home, then print the label so you can just drop it off. There is no self service kiosk here. Usually some parking since this area of the mall is not super popular.

My package arrived torn apart and opened, the contents were missing. The only thing left was the torn up card board box sealed in a plastic bag and delivered in that condition. I attempted to call the office but nobody answers the phone. The USPS website is a bureaucratic nightmare and is very difficult to navigate or use. I finally filed a claim which was denied based on the fact the box was delivered. No further action can be taken. That's why the USPS is so inefficient.

Nice little post office with a friendly and competent staff, a good selection of stamps, and a convenient location. Most hotel staff don't know what a post card is, so if you do and you're going to send some out, come here for the stamps, fill them out at a nearby coffee shop, then come back here to mail them.

I am thankful for our U.S. postal service. For pennies they transport my words,my thoughts, my sentiments, my affection, and very often my packages across the country and across the world. Sure it costs a few pennies more now. Can you imagine the logistics and the costs involved in shipping?!And the post office at Ala Moana Center is one of the very few in our state nowadays that remains open until 4:30pm on normal Saturdays. Can the lines get long? You betcha! Are the Postal Clerks as cranky as the customers who have been waiting in line? Have not seen a cranky one yet. They have always treated me with kindness and respect and efficiency and at least six feet of social distancing. Surely we can use a little, or a lot, more of this nowadays.Thank you Ala Moana postal staff for working so hard to keep us connected!

Went here three days in a row and the line has 40 people out the door every time. This is unacceptable.
