The United States Postal Service location at 1450 Ala Moana Blvd provides secure, reliable, and affordable mail and package delivery. The staff is noted for being really nice, friendly, and offering the best customer service, representing the Hawaiian aloha spirit. They are helpful and explain things clearly. The post office is on the first floor between Marshalls and The Vitamin Shoppe and has plenty of parking. Customers should be prepared with packages already taped before waiting in the line, which can sometimes be long with only a few employees. The location is air conditioned and typically provides an awesome and efficient experience.
Went on vacation and had to mail 10 boxes various trips to Ala Moana Post office. Recognize many of the employees from way back when i lived in Hawaii who were still nice and helpful. Thank you!

I've been using this location for like 15 years. Many same people and always friendly Makes me wonder if I should've become a postal worker too.

Very friendly, highly efficient, absolutely informed staff. They, in my opinion, are the VERY BEST!!!
