Terrible service, and over charging. They add options with out my permission, found out later on when I checked on line account. Most of all, they are not corporate store, they are in direct store which they try take your money as much as they can. Adding hot spot use which I don't know. And insurance also. Trade option is not working for customer, they don't tell you better option. Please go to direct store( corporate store) , I strongly suggest you do not go there. Unless you have plenty money to donate.

Joaquin was very very helpful here I just got an I phone 16 and he made sure I was able to get an upgrade without extra charge ! Mahalo braddah ! I thought he was the manager but now I definitely think he deserves a raise super helpful and kind person overall experience was 10 out of 10 way better than the Apple Store !

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Took almost 2 hours to switch services to Verizon. The employee didn’t know how to do check out and had to FaceTime the manager. Will not be coming here again.

Joaquin was very helpful and patient with trying to fix a problem that customer service couldn't fix. Very nice and wish that there were more employees here so the poor guy isn't by himself

Joaquin is the kindest at the Hawaii Verizon store. I visited four Hawaii Verizon stores. He was the kindest. He was kind for what needed help... You helped me. I think he is the best employee among Verizon employees
