Kainoa is a rare example of good customer service at carrier stores. He could not have been more helpful with the issues that I presented to him. I've had bad experiences with Verizons around the island in the past, so I'm happy that the one closest to me has great service.

Kainoa S was at the store by himself, multitasking and getting everyone helped so quickly and efficiently including me. He deserves 5 raises cause he was working as if there was 5x of him lol. Store employee, Young K., legitimately scammed me by putting a screen protector *and* lens protector on my phone without my consent and charged me for both, amounting to $60 worth of accessories I was scammed into buying.When exchanging my old phone for my new phone, he reported my old phone screen as cracked when it most definitely was lightly scratched at best. I have called multiple times and am still waiting to receive an answer. I am demanding a refund. It's unacceptable to scam your customers, I'm also reporting this on BBB and to Verizon.Furthermore, there's really weird wording about your data privacy with this Victra (verizon franchise) store. Young also called and asked me for my passcode while I was out of the store shopping for groceries, which made me nervous about my personal information and pictures being viewed or saved.If I were you I would just go to a normal verizon non-franchise because this was the weirdest, longest, most annoying experience I have ever had getting a new phone. I wish I had asked for the receipt before paying because to know they scammed me once I got home from a long day at work and then dealing with them for 4+ hours was ****infuriating*****.

I called first to find out if I needed an appointment, and the person I spoke with was very personable on the phone. He said that I likely would get him when I went in for help. So when I got there, I saw Jamar who put me at ease immediately with his great smile! He proceeded to help me and get me everything I needed. He was professional, kind, very skilled, and patient, with a nice sense of humor. Thank you, Jamar, for your excellent customer service! I love my new phone!

In the store with two sales associates and BOTH of them did not acknowledge when I entered and BOTH continued to help one other customer. I left the store after about 7 minutes. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
