“I purchased CBD oil for my mom's dog since she's living with me. The fireworks that goes off is that one big boom that scares her. Usually she'll hides under the bed shaking. “**Update - 5/28/2022**My response to their online customer service got through and they indicated that they would return my shipping fee for the mix up. This doesn't necessarily mean that the entire system is fixed with the way they use SHIPT to deliver things but, at least they finally took responsibility. It's fair, so I upgraded my review to 4 stars.This review is actually for an online order that came through this store. I considered ordering online and then picking up, but saw that they offer same-day delivery. I opted for that and then realized since I ordered after the cutoff time, it wouldn't arrive until the next day. I still had to pay $12.00 extra. Not a big deal.The next day rolls around and the shipping was not updated and there was absolutely no indication of what time this order would arrive. Every other shipping method available either updates on a regular basis or gives you an estimated time of arrival. It was already after 6pm the following day that I placed the order, and I had received nothing. GNC online assistance had gone home for the day, so I had to open a support ticket to request that I receive my shipping cost back.Then, a little after 7pm...some poor, part-time delivery person calls me trying to find my house. I guide her to my door and finally, I have received it. An email comes to me from GNC customer care the next morning claiming that since the order was placed after noon, it is completely up to the company SHIPT as to what time they will deliver it.SHIPT is a cut-rate company that hires people to deliver things as a second job. Not that the people hired try to do a bad job but, they aren't trained or prepared for this line of work and it's more like paying a neighbor to run an errand for you. The fact that GNC wants to pretend like they offer good shipping options and then completely blame it on the other company when it goes badly shows how much they care.From now on, I will be buying protein powder or whatever else I need, direct. I try to buy local when possible but, I won't support a company that does a piss-poor job like this and tries to blame it on someone else. Take some responsibility, GNC.”

“My neighbor surprised me with an avocado sandwich; my gosh it was onolicious. So, I had to go there and get a sandwich.As I walked into the store I was greeted (that's #1 for me).. The menu is small; which is great because too many items would be a harder decision and it would take too long to get your order, as customers were walking in to order off the menu. And of course they entice you with their variety of smoothies to top off your order. Perhaps one day I will order a smoothie. As I waited for my order to looked around the store ; there are a variety of Natural food and supplements, Baggu, all, kind of things interesting items! The gent working was like a walking encyclopedia as I overheard his conversation to a customer regarding supplements; knowledgeable employee who can address your questions about the supplements etc and a good thing.After the fact; I saw they had 2 violations that worried me. Yes, it was corrected BUT they need to adhere to the guidelines and NOT be cited again.If they are CITED, sorry but I will,not be returning for those delicious sandwiches and wraps.”

“This GNC location is my favorite. Conveniently located near my work, parking always available and the customer service is great. Joe has extensive knowledge of all of the products: from protein and pre-workout to fish oil and other supplements, he's a wealth of knowledge. This location has a lot of variety and the shelves are always stocked. I never leave empty handed. GNC will also PRICE MATCH online deals for brands like Ghost and Podium and accepts returns for many products!! That's so awesome! Highly recommend stopping by.”

“Came in this morning before i went to the gym. Thank goodness there is a gnc in my area. The customer service was great once i walked in. The store is clean, there was a bit of a smell (a strong cologne) in there. Some areas of the front of the store were empty but heading towards the back was full. Dewayne recommended me multiple pre workouts. I've tried many pre workouts such as c-4, alani, bucked up, ghost (i recomend ghost), total war (i recommend this too), and black market. I'm sure there's much other pre work outs that I've used but these are the ones that i can recall using. I have the preference of 250mg or more in Caffeine as it gives me that energy, that pins & needles feeling :p Dewayne recommended "Beyond Raw Lit." 15 servings (it's a big scooper but I'd rather take half of it). 250 mg of caffeine. Not to mention, it's 2 for $30!!! 1 is usually priced at $30 or more! I was sold. He's great at making recommendations! I tried a full scoop of the blue raspberry today and wow, i got the tingly feeling to work out. I went to the gym and boy i felt great. No fatigue or headache before, during, or even after my exercises. I'd definitely recommend this product and for the deal that GNC is having for it right now. Not sure of when the promo is going to end but i also wanted to add that the larger Lit products are BOGO 50% off! I asked Dewayne, "what if i don't like it or I'm not satisfied???" Comes to find out that you can return the product and received a refund or credit after a certain amount of days. Note: keep your receipts, just in case if you aren't satisfied. Overall, the Lit preworkout is great by far, and great deal at the moment (the sale started ever since the holidays). They also offer a rewards program. Just register your number with GNC and earn points every time you make a purchase. Eventually, you can receive $5 or more off on your next purchase. Great store, great staff & service, and the location is convenient !”
