VIVE HOTEL WAIKIKI is a small, comfortable gem perfect for a stay. It is not a luxury hotel but is very enjoyable and highly recommended. The location is great, just a couple minutes' walk or two blocks from the main Waikiki Beach, with many restaurants, shopping, and lunch options nearby. The staff is excellent, fantastic, friendly, and immensely helpful. Thoughtful touches include a glass of fresh pineapple juice at check-in, with pineapple juice and coffee provided all day and night. There is a very good free breakfast buffet, which is convenient and has everything needed, including papaya. Purified water machines and water and tea are available 24/7 in the lobby and dining area. The hotel also provides towels, beach chairs, and tote bags for the beach. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, though a bit small. Some rooms are divided into two sections each with a bed and a full bathroom. They include a mini-fridge and air conditioning. One note is the garage entrance has low clearance. The valet staff is excellent. Overall, it is a very comfortable place with everything needed for a good stay.
3rd time staying at this lovely hotel!! Would not stay anywhere else. The staff is fantastic and super friendly and the breakfast is the best, especially the papaya!! Roger and Daniel at the front desk are great and both of them went above and beyond to make our 3rd time back special!!

Great service. Prime location. Complimentary breakfast (highlight considering all the long times for bk in Waikīkī), free beach gear :) free filtered water and welcome juice. So nice!
