Waikiki Market, operated by Food Pantry, Ltd, has a long history in Honolulu, originally opening in 1960. It is a modern, well-stocked grocery store that serves both residents and visitors in Waikiki. The market offers a wide selection of groceries, hot foods like musubi and breakfast items, and a poke bar with fresh, delicious options. The poke is highly praised for its freshness, variety, and generous portions. Customers appreciate the friendly service and the availability of samples. The market is conveniently located near a restaurant that features $5 happy hour burgers from 2 pm to 6 pm. Though prices are higher, possibly due to tariffs, the store provides a good place to buy beach or picnic food. Overall, Waikiki Market is a popular spot for quality groceries, tasty hot foods, and a friendly shopping experience in Waikiki.
We ate their tuna and salmon poke and they were delicious! A lady named Taylor let us sample all of them prior to purchasing and she was very nice

A decent souvenir store. The prices are very expensive as the other places. If the prices were better, they would have gotten a five. If it was not for the friendly staff, they would have gotten a three.

Minus one star, because it is CRAZILY expensive. But the employees at the checkout/register are incredibly kind and polite, I always feel welcome. Also foodland has the best poke bowls. Plus: The store is always clean and pretty.
