“I recently visited Honolulu had an EXCEPTIONAL experience at the Omega boutique in Ala Moana Center! As a starting Omega fan, I wanted a first full Omega Boutique experience. The boutique itself was beautiful and luxurious, but what truly stood out was the wonderful service I received - I'm especially grateful and thankful to Alan Okihara as he was genuinely passionate about helping me throughout to find my first Omega watch showcasing the White Dial Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional. He was so patient and attentive, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Not only that, I was also shocked to discovered that the Seamaster Diver 300M 007 James Bond Edition was available. As an avid James Bond fan, I always wanted it as my second watch.
Despite me and my friend being short in time at first for a tour, and debating between one of the watches on display, I never felt rushed or pressured into considering other options. Alan provided me the personalized attention and also shared his passion for watchmaking, especially showcasing his Omega Ultraman Speedmaster Edition.
Ended up spending almost 2 hours in the boutique. Just talking about watches and the journey into the OMEGA Universe. I was thoroughly impressed. Thanks to him, I walked away with not just one but two watches that I absolutely adore.

“My First Cartier Experience
I had an appointment scheduled for a few days later, but my husband and I decided to stop by on our way from the beach to the hotel. We were helped by Kelly, and honestly, it was the best luxury store experience we’ve had in Hawaii in the past three years.
We were looking for sunglasses and also wanted to try on some jewelry for our upcoming anniversary. Kelly was amazing—she really listened to what we needed and offered great advice without being pushy. We had a few items in mind already, but she still guided us in a thoughtful and respectful way.
While trying on bracelets, she noticed one was too big and suggested I try both sizes together. That helped me realize I needed the smaller one—she didn’t push me but helped me make the decision confidently. Same with the rings—she pointed out subtle differences, like the thickness of a diamond ring, which I might not have noticed but realized would bother me since I work a lot on the computer.
Kelly was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. This kind of service is what makes us want to come back. We really enjoyed our visit—thank you, Kelly! We’ll definitely be back soon.”

“Great customer service! Wide selection of Koa Wood jewelry and various items! Reasonable pricing! I was considering a gift for my daughter and she had requested something constructed of Koa Wood, and someone in another jewelry store recommended Martin & MacArthur. Upon entering the store, without a doubt I was in the right place! I was greeted by an attentive, friendly gentleman by the name of David, and he offered to assist me, but allowed me to peruse the shop to get some ideas of what I would purchase. During my browsing, he struck-up a conversation and we discussed where I was from, and where he originally lived before moving to Hawaii; his major reason for making the move was the blue skies and warm weather (smile). The shop contained many items that appealed to me, and David even convinced one of the female patrons to wear one of the items so I could get an idea of how it would look on daughter. It was perfect, and I immediately purchase the item which was reasonably priced, attractive, and wrapped in a pillow box. The shopping experience was completely enjoyable, and I would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you David.”
