Got my rear windshield replaced from them. Still missing bolts from my hatch and spoiler. Took it to them twice to take pictures and no phone call back. Even texted the owner. Said that they ordered and nothing. At the time Ace was the only auto glass shop. Now on Maui we got a few options. Sorry ace but you guys did not ace this customer. Guess this will get you attention.

Ace Auto Glass is a very professional and friendly service.
They replaced my windshield on a 2023 Tesla model y within the time frame set with no problems. Office staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Paid upfront as they do not bill the insurance company.
Highly reccommend this company.

Absolutely wonderful service! My car was broken into and window destroyed. Ace fixed it. Pia took care of everything (including looking around for used in addition to new options to save me money). I can’t say enough about her kindness and compassion. She turned a really stressful situation around, and got me back on the road. If you are victim to a smash-and-grab please do yourself a favor and call Ace Auto Glass. This is a local family business that cares about Mauians and does great work. Mahalo, Pia & crew!

So far the gentleman employee at Ace Auto Glass Maui that took our call to have a new windshield replacement done was very helpful & attentive over the phone in assisting us with getting the scheduling done. He had great customer service skills, very clear communication skills as well. We came by the shop this afternoon to reconfirm & pay for our tomorrow's appointment. The technician that came to verify/inspect our minor cracked windshield had great customer service skills as well. We Thankyou in advance for all of your hard work & Aloha! We will definitely recommend your business establishment to any & all of our Friends & Family!

My most sincere Mahalo's to this excellent team.., who worked me into their impossible schedule.. to accommodate my impossible schedule. My back glass on my brand new Suburu busted out like a piñata on Friday. I was able to supply them the glass and they had my car in the shop & being worked on at 8:30am sharp on Saturday morning. The very next day. All I can say is my worst nightmare was realized by Saturday evening here in Kahakuloa when it started to pour down rain. Had Ace not repaired my car when they did... I'm sure I would have had water damage to the inside of my new car. You guys are Angels.. who answered my prayers and had me back on the road .. and interior dryer than the Mojave desert. I can't possibly thank you enough, but what I can do is tell everyone that if you have broken glass on your car, this is the place you should be taking it. it was obvious as I left that they cared about me & my car. MAHALO NUI LOA ACE AUTO GLASS!!!Your Customer Service is #1Just ask me!!
