Ace Auto Glass Maui is a business located in Kahului that serves the island. They replace windshields and windows, including for vehicles with lane departure or blind spot monitors, and calibrate the safety system cameras. They have the only Auto Glass Safety Council certified technicians in Hawaii and Guam. Customers describe the team as excellent, helpful, attentive, and having great customer service skills with clear communication. They are efficient in time and can work with impossible schedules, sometimes completing work the very next day. The work is done well, with new windows that work well, and the service can be cheaper than expected. They handle insurance with minimal hassle. Customers feel the team cares about them and their car, calling the service #1 and recommending the business to friends and family. The process can sometimes take several weeks for parts to arrive and for scheduling. While often efficient, communication can occasionally be delayed, with customers needing to call for follow-ups. Despite this, they are recognized as one of the only businesses on the island that fixes auto glass, turning a bad experience into an okay one. Customers express sincere gratitude for the hard work and Aloha.
Thank you Ace for saving the day and getting my car back on the road with a working window before the storm.. I wasn’t even sure you’d have enough time to get to me, but you finished the job in less than 1/2 the time you said it would take and I I really appreciate the speedy service, you guys rock! 🤙
