“Had afew great experiences here in he past 3 mos... First one, I came in to get supplies for an at-home oil change. The guy who helped me gave me options for most basic supplies to higher end/higher performance. Really appreciate all he options.
Second: Memorial day my truck wouldn't start and I needed a new battery. It was about 8pm, long after most auto places are closed. I couldn't believe my luck that O'Reilly's was still open. Really saved the day!!
Last, most recent visit I needed my car computer read. After doing the reading and taking to BJ about why my truck wasn't starting correctly, he gave me a few ideas and started me off with the cheapest, most basic solution to get started.

“Some idiot stole the antenna off my former truck. Unbelievable. Dealer wanted $48, eBay was going for $35. Figured I'd just take a chance with a pole from Napa.
SERVICE:
One of the male sales staff pointed out the aisle to me where the antennas were. He made it clear that all the antennas are universal. After picking the one I wanted, closest to factory, he stressed not to cut open the package if it doesn't fit. Hmm, I'd have to cut it open to try!?
OVERALL:
The $9.68 universal antenna, which came with 3 different adapter bases, fit perfect, looks great, and had excellent reception.

“Just dropped my truck off this morning. Had a number of items in the suspension to replace plus they needed to replace the clock spring.

I’ve always had great experiences here. Especially with Will or Joechris. I’d say they do a great job for what you paid for. The other staff are kind as well.
I came in for a tire balance & oil change. They made a mistake on their part, but immediately called to tell me about it & said they can take me in anytime to have it fixed. Didn’t have to make another appointment because they said it was their fault. I went back the next day and it went easy.
Joechris was amazing. He’s very honest and kind. Not those types of person that would scam you for your money or send you away knowing there’s something wrong with your car. He also told me about what the tech recommended as well. Colleen was great! She refunded what I paid for the inconvenience.
You can’t beat their prices and the auto center does great work. I’ve been to other places and they charged way too much or can’t even fix the problem.
If you have questions, just search it up on google or try calling. No need to make bad reviews because you didn’t do research or no one can get on the phone on time.
