The Home Depot on Maui is more than a hardware store. It offers tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, building materials for Kahului residents and helps with projects. Customers praise the folks for exceptional customer service. The folks in the paint department and the rentals team were helpful, and the gardens department folks answered all questions about a zero turn lawnmower. Many shoppers noted that the folks loaded heavy boxes into trucks, stayed to finish the job, and were patient. Customers appreciate the friendly, smiling service and the willingness to go above and beyond to keep them happy.

Had great customer service today by Kilan in the Garden Department. He saw that we had a cart of bricks, plants, ect and immediately came up to us and asked if we needed help loading our truck. He was very helpful and such a nice guy. Thanks again, Kilan.

I’m here to pick up my order, but I’ve had to wait in the same line as customers returning items. It’s taking a long time.
