The amount of Lowes associates that I saw walking around and not assisting multiple people waiting 20 minutes for a online pick up is bewildering. I talked to an employee named Chris in the paint section, he had a large background in paint And every question I asked was answered with detail and he even gave me a bunch of other information and tips that was super helpful. He's very kind and genuinely wants to help. Thank you very much, Chris
