The Dunes at Maui Lani Golf Course is a beautiful and well-maintained course with amazing driving range views and a beautiful background of the nearby mountains. The turf is in excellent shape and lush, with greens that roll true but are tricky, soft, and provide a good challenge with undulation. The course is fun but challenging, with many bunkers, tight fairways, plenty of hills, and lots of out of bounds. It is not an easy course but is not incredibly penalizing, offering a lot of opportunity for hybrid or irons off the tee. The staff is amazing, friendly, courteous, and very professional. Rental clubs are in great shape. While the price can be high for tourists, there are good deals and it is considered better value than other resort courses in the area. It is a favorite among the value tracks on Maui and well worth playing, with a recommendation to make a reservation a few days in advance.
I play everywhere on the island and this is by far my favorite course. Its challenging and will make or break you. I recommend this course to everyone.

Just got back from the Dunes and we had a great time.. Course was in great shape though a few ball marks as it is public. Clayton was a super nice guy in the pro shop and very helpful. it was quite busy as we had to wait for carts as they were all out on the course. Hope to get back there again this year!! Great job guys...

Still a great value but was less than what I expected. Greens were okay. Just rough in a few other places. Hard in the wind. It’s close to a five just not quite there
