Customer Service is above and beyond and this alone is why I will only get my footwear at Island Feet. I live on Oahu but work on Maui every 2 weeks, there are stores on Oahu that sell Hoka and other brands but when you experience the outstanding Service it will be your only place as well. Huge in stock inventory not just Hoka but so many others. Steve and his Team are the best you could ask for. Their new location @ 444 Hana Hwy is almost triple the size compared to the original store. Recommend for everyone. Mahalo Island Feet you guys Rock!”

“Ooooo this store has the cutest clothes. It's located on the 2nd level by macys home and men section. Walked in and was greeted by a friendly girl. Got a few tops and I was happy. Also got me a QUAY sunglasses. Just what I was looking for. All glasses are 68 bucks. Will be back to get more cute clothes or jackets. You can also follow them on instagram”
“Teri is so wonderful!! I was traveling with a bag and the strap broke. I found her store and she took on the project to fix the backpack strap for a reasonable fee. She said that it was going to be ready Saturday and my plane was leaving on Sunday. Long story short, I forgot to picked it up and left Maui without my favorite backpack. Teri was very accommodating and mailed my backpack to Arkansas without charging me anything. On top of that, Teri also mail a pouch of honey from her husband’s bee farm ❤️Not only her craftsmanship is excellent, it was super quick for a walk in job, she is also so kind and very thoughtful! When I come back to Maui, I’ll be sure to come back and visit her!! I will never forget her hospitality!”
