“100% Best tire shop on the island! I just had a leaky valve stem... A local friend recommended Goodyear, But the corporate companies are always highest price and worst service... A little accidental hunting found East Bay, I'll never go anywhere else for tires on maui.Mahalo to entire staff.”
“We blew out the side wall and after calling 3 or 4 places, a friend recommended these guys to us. They're the best people. They got us in right away and we're so kind and understanding of our situation. I'd go here every time. USE THE GOOGLE MAPS ADDRESS NOT THE WEBSITE ADDRESS.”
“I did not expect the level of value and fast friendly service that I received. Amazing Shop.
Highly recommend these folks, they know their stuff! Replaced Tire Sensor for a fraction of what other shops charge. Very accommodating and helpful.”
“I brought my Ford Ranger in to have the clutch replaced. The job was completed on the same day, at the estimated price;$1,500 less than I was quoted by a Ford dealership!. It runs like a dream. Thank you everyone at Goodyear, you have a customer for life!”
“This review is about two years too late but I don’t know what I would have done about my JMNY aka “Samurai” without Steve and the guys at Maui Off Road. They worked some magic on my lift when no other shop was even willing to look at it, and I’ve had blast putting that thing to the test ever since! Many mahalos guys! 🤙”

“Repaired my tire quickly and affordably. 3 other repair shops (that are highly rated on Google) refused to repair the tire and wanted to sell me a new one, then wouldn't even do that when they realized I was driving a rental car. So happy to have found this place.”
“Just dropped my truck off this morning. Had a number of items in the suspension to replace plus they needed to replace the clock spring.
They did a great job and did it all in one day. She drives like it's brand new. Any squeaking and rattles are gone, all my dash lights are off. I'm totally stoked!! Thanks David and crew!”

“Had a great experience with Marvin at the tire center. Both Marvin and Chad helped me out and were incredibly positive. If you get a flat don’t use fix a flat . Costco has best deal on tires on the island”
“Just wanted to drop in and thank Justin and Phillip for the help and smooth transaction when buying from them this week. From the first interaction of me calling the dealership and speaking to Justin, to walking the lot and talking with Phillip. They were both kind and super laid back. Negotiations were easy in the sales off and also in the finance option. Will definitely buy again.”
“You can buy tires and have them shipped to the store and pay a small fee to have them installed. Can’t beat the price. Free wiper and filter replacement if you buy them in store.”
“I had a Exellent experince with the used cars division ,,, As pulled in to the lot ,,, I was greeted by Ta Hani she right away helped me feel comfortable and proceeded to listen to my thoughts and help me look at some options ... She was Calm , Clear , and Attentive to my Questions ,,, After a second day with her help I was able to make a purchase I was comfortable with ... Lee Cutler ...”

“Blown away, these guys took major care of me.
I always assumed because of the name and the products they put out, this place would be out of my price range. Oh was I wrong, Kai was able to get me in within the same week and provided a quote. Naturally skeptical, I went elsewhere (Goodyear) to get a second opinion, thinking they’d be a lot cheaper. They came out at almost double the price for the same exact work. I came back to IMM and had them tune me up. Took them less than a day to do my whole steering rack, knuckles, and alignment.
Can’t thank Kai enough for making the process simple, being super transparent, and of course being the most affordable option I found. Forever coming back!”
