“Acura of Maui and specifically Joe Mendoza at Acura of Maui helped save me from what was a nightmare situation. My Mother lived on Maui and she passed away, and I live in California. While handling her affairs on Maui, I learned that she had lost the title and registration to her 2014 Toyota Tacoma. So that meant that I could not sell it while I was there because I had to hurry home for work. That left me in a horrible position regarding the truck. Then in steps Joe and Acura of Maui. They immediately took the reins and handled everything including dealing with the DMV regarding the title and registration. All I had to do was send a death certificate and sign and return the paperwork they sent to me. Then the sent me a check for more than I thought I was going to be able to get! They truly saved the day for meI cannot thank Joe and Acura of Maui enough! Thanks guys!”

I always assumed because of the name and the products they put out, this place would be out of my price range. Oh was I wrong, Kai was able to get me in within the same week and provided a quote. Naturally skeptical, I went elsewhere (Goodyear) to get a second opinion, thinking they’d be a lot cheaper. They came out at almost double the price for the same exact work. I came back to IMM and had them tune me up. Took them less than a day to do my whole steering rack, knuckles, and alignment.

“We own four Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, all purchased through this dealership, so we are frequent customers of the service department and rely heavily on them to keep our vehicles on the road.
JD, the Service Manager, is always professional, kind, and genuinely tries his best to accommodate us. I know the department is shorthanded, and it is obvious that he has a lot on his plate, but he still makes every effort to help whenever he can. The technicians have also consistently done a great job servicing our vans, and we appreciate the quality of their work.
I am giving the service department five stars because of JD and the technicians. However, I strongly believe Mercedes-Benz should invest more into Sprinter service on Maui. It is great to sell customers these vehicles, especially commercial customers purchasing multiple Sprinters, but the customer relationship should not end with the sale. The service and support available after the purchase are just as important, particularly for businesses like ours that depend on these vehicles every day.
The biggest issue seems to be simply not having enough technicians, which can result in longer waits for appointments and slower turnaround times. When a commercial vehicle is sitting at the dealership waiting for service, that vehicle is not generating revenue.
There are many tour and transportation companies on Maui operating Mercedes-Benz Sprinters, and I believe there is a significant opportunity here. Hiring additional Sprinter technicians, or even expanding the facility and creating a dedicated Sprinter service operation, would benefit both Mercedes-Benz and the many local businesses that depend on these vehicles.
We have already purchased four Sprinters from this dealership and would certainly consider purchasing more in the future. However, having strong, reliable and timely local service is a major factor in deciding whether to continue investing in the Mercedes-Benz brand.
JD and the technicians are doing their part. I would love to see Mercedes-Benz support them by investing in the additional staffing, resources and service capacity needed to properly support the customers who have already invested in their vehicles.”

“They did a great job helping me and my family out, Especially Vee are sales person he took my call i explained to him we had an 2019 expedition that was giving us problems we just had got it from jim falk dodge/jeep no more than a week we had it, but as a growing family we cant wait for repairs or even it was repairable we needed something reliable since we have a busy life and we tried working with jim falk to trade it back in since they did sale it to us but they offered us very lil for it, it honestly felt like they knew something was wrong with it and it felt like a trap and we were getting the run around there staff was friendly but jim falk could've done better, Vee are sales person went above and beyond the team at aloha kia help us out alot they gave us a way better offer almost bought back the expedition for what we payed for at jim falk. We were really grateful the experience was way smoother these guys felt like they really cared and they definitely back there cars they know everything about them so we were confident in are purchase its more than what we wanted but honestly for the experience on how we were treated aloha kia was very professional i have no complaints, “side note” theyre waiting lounge is a little run down but at least they had cups and beverages, coffee ,snacks a decent amount of toys for my one year old to play with tv decent couch's books if your gonna be selling big ticket items at least have a good waiting lounge like aloha kia had it wasn't top notch by any means but it felt homely felt like they want the customer to be comfortable, jim falk dodge/jeep lounge was lacking all that but it was alot newer but it felt more like a medical office , i dont ever write reviews but aloha kia deserves it they help is out in a tough spot treated us like family so kudos well done Vee, i know dealerships are a business and someone has to make money at least aloha kia did it right way and we left satisfied.”
