“Excellent location for a quick stay before flying out of Maui. It is right next to the airport and car rental offices, across from Costco and adjacent to a number of food trucks. Outside pool looked good and seemed busy up until night closure. They do have washer and dryer available for guests, which came in handy to wash off our clothes after doing the Pipiwai trail the day before.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean, and front staff was very friendly. Highly recommend for a quick stay; can't go wrong.”

“No doubt in my mind what course we would frequent if we were lucky enough to call this beautiful island home. Scenery and landscaping are beyond breathtaking. The course itself has a perfect combination of gorgeous, challenging, AND novice holes. Designed with the wind in mind, and boy does it howl up on the hill here. Highly recommend, and crossing our fingers we get to experience the day we had today again the next time we visit Maui!”

“We had a wonderful time at the Maui Tropical Plantation! We did the tram ride tour, and it was such a fun, laid-back, and educational experience. The tour takes you through the beautiful grounds of the plantation, and the guide did a great job explaining the different tropical plants, fruits, and crops grown on site—like coconuts, pineapples, bananas, and sugarcane. It was a relaxing and scenic way to explore the lush landscape and learn about Maui’s agricultural history.

In addition to the tram, the plantation offers ziplining for those looking for a more adventurous experience, as well as a variety of cute local shops with handmade gifts, snacks, and tropical-themed goods. You can also explore the gardens, fishponds, and walking paths, and grab a bite at The Mill House, the onsite restaurant known for its fresh, locally sourced dishes and beautiful views of the Waikapū Valley.

The whole place has a peaceful, welcoming vibe and is a great stop whether you’re visiting with family, friends, or as a couple. We highly recommend it if you’re looking to experience the beauty of Maui in a relaxing and meaningful way!

“Wonderful quiet bungalows by the beach. We could hear the waves breaking at dawn and a symphony of birds singing throughout the day. Room was very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and convenient booking options.”

“What a gem of a place to begin our Maui adventure. The space is decorated with hip, local, authentic Hawaiian art and is filled with thoughtful and tasteful touches that delighted immensely, especially outdoors. The patio beach overlook is wonderful. I spent plenty of time there reading and writing and being relaxed by the wind in the trees and roar of the crashing waves. Oh, and how special to watch the magnificent Hawaiian Green turtles. We started our vacation here, and we liked it so much that we ended our vacation in the same spot. Highly recommend this place. Staff were friendly and attentive as well.
