Decent store but zero customer service. Didn't realize my Elfbar didn't work until i got to the car and had to walk all the way back. Not one word from the worker when she took the defective product, not a word when she handed he another one.

I can always count on them to provide me with what I need. Even if an item I prefer is out of stock at the time, the team here always put their best efforts and introducing me into other products for my satisfaction. I never walk away from here disappointed.

Always solid service! Sharon is boyz. My fave go to, highly knowledgable on every product they get. Mech Mods, Old Sku Ragnaroks, she know choke about to & Kid can build RTA's/RDA's if you ask.
