“craftsman did a good job restoring my car, damaged by a truck that backed into the driver side front. the paint is nicely matched (you have to look very closely to notice a difference in non repaired and repaired) and they completed the work within the week promised. this is the second car estimated by kraftsman and the first repaired. they are my first choice in body shop. estimator don is superb and the company is quite professional. 5 stars out of 5 from me.”

“I went to Napa Auto Parts in Kona in hopes to find new wiper blades for my L4, not a common car on the island, and not a new car. I could not believe they had the wiper blades in stock. To my shock and delight, the sales technician quickly installed the wipers. He saved me so much time and frustration. It's so nice when someone goes out of their way to help. He made my day!”

“Tomas Hunt in Kona set up a test drive for a Suburu Forester we wanted with Jovee Rivera on Hilo side. Jovee was very helpful and showed us, very patiently, all the features of the car. We went for the test drive where both my husband and I drove it. Returning to the dealership, we decided to purchase the car and went in to talk with Jonathan (sorry didn’t get last name) in finance. This went very easy as we were not going to finance but pay upfront. We returned a few days later to pick up car and Jovee helped with all the setups as we were very unfamiliar with this part. Car had been washed with all the stickers neatly removed. Overall we were very satisfied with the dealership and everyone we dealt with.”

“I use my car for work, so when my bumper got banged at lower Matsuyama parking lot, I was overwhelmed with stress knowing how long it can take for your car to be repaired here in Kona. I got estimates from several different big name shops here and they all told me it was going to be about 3 months for the repair. Boy was I sweating! Kona Coast Auto didn't show up on my radar at first, but they were brought to my attention and boy am I glad I reached out to them. When Jake from Kona Coast Auto told me he was ready to Go, and get started on my car ASAP, and that the only thing that would hold him back from getting me back in my wheels was the shipping boats..
