“Took my 4 week old brand new 2025 Honda Civic to Hank Auto Body Kona for repair. This was after receiving multiple estimates. With Hanks proposal and cost right in line with the market rate. I chose Hanks because he was able to do a repair and rework on the existing bumper rather than replaced and install new.
This was an out-of-pocket expense, no insurance claim and he made it look brand new saving me 30% on expenses.

“I went in to get new wiper blades for my Jeep. Wrangler and Nera went above and beyond helping me pick the right blades and put them on my vehicle. It turns out the rear windshield wiper listed in the catalogue was not compatible with my vehicle, but she knew exactly what to do because she’d helped another customer that had the same car and the same problem. She went back in the store found the part that worked and installed it. We had to mess around with switching out the fitting, but she got it done. What a delightful experience.”

“Very busy day at service. I was unhappy that they had not started working on my car 2 hours after check-in. They apologized and pulled my car from the service bay when I told them that I was going to be late for my next appointment. After I drove away. they texted me to let me know that they had fixed one of the check lights I needed them to service. Apparently, it was a loose cable.amd they just had to plug it back on and reset the fault code -- no charge.”
