The company strongly pushes the insurance, as they all do. Some customers experienced a couple annoyances and surprises, such as an unexpected deposit or a long wait time. There are also reminders that renters should take plenty of pictures and videos of the car before and after the rental to document any existing damage. Overall, despite minor issues, many customers state they would definitely rent from here again.

Painless process with simple access via shuttle from the terminal. Reservations recommended, especially during peak seasons. They will sell out.

Actually I had decent experience recently, I had done online verification, just picked up the keys & left. Got shuttle in timely manner pick up & drop off.
Not giving 5-star because car was old, but not bad..I understand its business but solved my purpose wasnt looking for any brand new & expensive in this market
