“Our stay at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai was absolutely amazing and created memories we’ll never forget. During this trip, I proposed to my girlfriend, now my fiancée, on the beach, and the resort was incredibly accommodating throughout the experience.
The property is beautiful, the pools are fantastic, and every restaurant we tried was excellent. Our favorite was ULU, which offered incredible food and an unforgettable setting. The room was amazing as well, and we especially loved the outdoor lava rock shower.
The resort offers so many great activities. My fiancée enjoyed the Pilates classes while I had a great time participating in the outrigger canoe experience. The gym was also one of the nicest resort gyms I’ve ever used.
Overall, this was a truly special trip filled with great memories. The staff, service, amenities, and overall atmosphere were exceptional. We can’t wait to come back!”

“We stayed in a timeshare. This is a Wyndham property so it's not exactly a typical resort. It was nice, quiet, convenient. The only downside is when the timeshare sales office interrupts your vacation to try to upsell you and forcefully ask you to attend a brief owners meeting. This was highly annoying and intrusive!! We found this to be so rude and a total waste of time!! Beware timeshare owners, they will try to upsell you.”

“Dave and Miriam were the sweetest hosts! We felt right at home and part of the family. We met their son on the plane on the way to Hawaii for our honeymoon, and he suggested a stay at the cottage and we were SO glad we took him up on booking. These folks treat you like royalty, and the sourdough treats and coffee every morning are delicious. We are fellow believers in Christ and it was so wonderful to be able to share in our faith with this family. We had a lovely prayer together at the end of our stay and we plan to come back again and again. This is a wonderful place to visit and we recommend it 100%!”
“Highly recommend! They must treat their employees well because everyone is so friendly and helpful which makes for a great guest experience. Had the privilege of staying here for a few weeks recently in both basic & oceanfront rooms. Both are wonderful. You can't go wrong with any of their rooms here. Shout-out to Michael at the front desk, Conrad at the restaurant, and all housekeeping for excellent service.
Also, the band at the pool on Halloween was PHENOMENAL. It was fun listening to live music from the pool instead of just the restaurant. If those guys performed here every weekend by the pool, I'd come book just to see them and hear them play. They had people dancing and cheering. Awesome time.”

“Beautiful property with nice restaurants and resort facilities. However, if you stay in the resort adjacent villas (on property but privately owned) and not at the hotel itself, you will be subject to exorbitant resort access fees that can be as much as $200 per person per day. You can use any resort facilities unless you agree to pay these daily fees plus additional per use charges as well for each facility type.”

“The rooms are basic, you get what you pay for, but they are functional. We were offered an additional $50/day of resort credit because there was a problem with the carpet in the hotel room.”
“My recent stay at the Kona Islander Inn was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the heart of Kailua-Kona, this quaint inn offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and Hawaiian charm. The location couldn’t be beat. Located in the middle of downtown Kona you are a short walk to all the shops, restaurants and night life.
We stayed in unit 120 which was a cozy Hawaiian themed studio unit that was well-appointed and impeccably clean. The room had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a kitchenette, which was handy for preparing light meals and snacks. They also have a pair of wonderful gas grills for BBQ'ing by the pool.
The pool area and hot tub were lovely spots to relax at after a day of sightseeing, and the on-site laundry facilities were a convenient addition.
The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The host sent us some excellent recommendations for local activities and dining option prior to our visit so we were well versed on where to go and things to do before we got there.
Whether you’re traveling solo or as a couple, this inn offers comfort, convenience, and genuine Hawaiian hospitality.”
“I have owned a time share at Kona Islander for 34 years. They continually upgrade the timeshare rooms. You have easy access to clean towel. You can book your room 2nd or 4rd floor with ocean view. It's a studio with a bed and sofa with a bed. Perfect for a family or 2 people. Walk around the warf, or rent a car and tour the island. My maintenance fee is $780.00 per year. That's a little over $110.00 per night. My only comment no elevator. We go over during Ironman races. Volunteer where needed and sit on our lanai and enjoy the race.
It's a nice property, has BBQ's, pool and spa. Nothing fancy ..but you're in Kona flip-flops and shorts.”
“Great place to stay, the room itself was awful, but the guy across the parking lot sold me some really good meth and the wife and I enjoyed another couple down the hall pretty much all night and into the next day”
“It's a comfortable and clean house in a beautiful neighbourhood. I greatly enjoyed using the grill in the evening, met other awesome and respectful tenants, and the host was easy to communicate with and was very nice.”
“Perfect little boutique hotel with amazing water views. The large private balcony was the highlight, the bed was comfortable and room was cozy and clean. Some traffic noise as our room was on the end near the street, but it was mostly drowned out by the sound of the waves. Sunset views from the pool were a bonus!”
