“Great value and good customer service. The rooms are clean and standard. The breakfast is free so it’s expectedly meh. Gets the job done and location is great for walking around Kailua-Kona town, going to the beach, etc.”
“Highly recommend! They must treat their employees well because everyone is so friendly and helpful which makes for a great guest experience. Had the privilege of staying here for a few weeks recently in both basic & oceanfront rooms. Both are wonderful. You can't go wrong with any of their rooms here. Shout-out to Michael at the front desk, Conrad at the restaurant, and all housekeeping for excellent service.
Also, the band at the pool on Halloween was PHENOMENAL. It was fun listening to live music from the pool instead of just the restaurant. If those guys performed here every weekend by the pool, I'd come book just to see them and hear them play. They had people dancing and cheering. Awesome time.”

“Do not miss this! Even my teens didn’t hate the visit, which is saying a lot. When you first approach, it seems a bit sketchy because you’re going into an industrial area, but it all makes sense once you learn what you learn on the tour. The tour is informational not only about the salt farming, but also about some Hawaiian culture in general. The tasting at the end is perfect perfectly set up. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this visit.”
