Selection is pretty limited only second to the number of employees. My partner was shopping for gifts earlier this month and had a hard time getting quality customer service from the Fragrance Department. For some reason, the person behind the counter pretended to not see us. Aside from that, there were some reasonable kitchen items we got for gifts. Definitely not as well-stocked as other stores.

Its very rare i write anything anymore…I normally dont care how i go out of the way buy things one way or another…. Take my money.I do how ever care how i was treated poorly after trying to inquire and purchase my favorite perfume at the kona macys.Its the day after Black Friday and I arrive at the perfume counter with a women in a blue dress and short dark curls going about collecting trash from everyones waste bins and ignoring people at her station. I get it, its side work, but when it comes to A potential sale is it really wise to leave your station to collect your peers small rubbish bins when u couldOf just acknowledged us, and say, “ I will be right with you?” Waited nearly over 5 minutes listening to another employee ask her client if she had a pleasant Thanksgiving, and really connected with her.I was met with a Disgruntled, frustrated employee, and she is probably overworked and underpaid by asking her questions about whats on sale at her station. She replied “just the things on theTable. Thank you.”????????She walks away…Confused I started asking her about a kit that would normally come with the perfume I Purchase a few times a year. But she was nowhere to be found and then I had to yell out “where are you? “She yells back “still behind the counter.”Honestly, I do not know what the perfume I purchased was called, but I wanted to get another one anyway, and I know what the box looks like so when I pointed in the glass case, the one that I had a question about she kept on repeating, which one?And finally, I told her “I’m not sure what it’s called. Can you just please come and help me.? “She finally gave me a short answer and dismissed me. I had that decided not to purchase anything anymore and come back another day when she is less busy or in a better mood.I Did not like my experience at all with the performance of the perfume station.Just wanted to treat myself to a fragrance I buy time and time again.Maybe be kinder to your staff or pay your staff more so they want to be there and help other customers. It seemed that the older lady was stressed out, overwhelmed and unhappy at her job.Its not her fault i suppose she has toDo 3 other peoples job and gets paid for one.Wont be back for while.

I always have a special place in my heart for america's dept store macy's ♥️ I deeply appreciate their sponsoring NY Thanksgiving Parade and July 4th Fireworks. So even though this location isn't large, I make it a point to visit and have purchased reasonably priced items here in the homegoods, women's and men's dept. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We bought some make up in the Beauty Department on Halloween. We were helped by Feather and she was fabulous. There was another young lady working that was also extremely helpful. Unfortunately they were out of pretty much everything so we ended up having to order online. However there was an older lady in a Queen of Hearts Costume who I think was a manager that was very unhelpful. While we were waiting to pay I watched her be extremely unkind and rude to several of the women working. It was pretty uncomfortable to watch. If you find yourself in beauty definitely ask for Feather and stay away from the Queen…

A beautiful make up counter helper, Bobbie just gave us the best service, possible. Rather than hide behind the counter, she came out to us and asked brightly, "can I help you? "I had been pondering the purchase of a high end Chanel perfume my husband had memories of, but I had never tried it before. Being our anniversary, we made it by and sampled many Chanel products, perfumes. Nothing caught my attention more than the classic woodsy scent of Chanel #5. Bobbie was patient, fun and had a heart of gold. I hope a manager lets her know how much she is appreciated! Aloha Bobbie! Hope your dreams come true!

Product is lousy, cheap, poor quality. It's pretty much disposable clothing which is bad for the environment, Macys is a serious offender.

Bobby was really helpful in cosmetics so I could get a present for my mom (and myself- not gonna lie!) So many stores here are short of staff making it hard, but these guys are managing that with style and grace! ?

Everytime I have a special occasion coming up or need to refresh my wardrobe I visit the store. This time I went in for a specific item. There was a staff member rearranging items at the store near the bikini section. I asked for different sizes for a bikini piece and the lady came to the rescue with a genuine smile. She took her time to understand what I was looking for and she even recommended other brands for me to try. Personally, I found the interaction non obtrusive just extremely helpful, warm, and informative. I gave her recommendation a try and really liked it! I gave her so many compliments because I was in a rush and needed to get out the door fast. I left the store without the item but admiration for the kindness and knowledge of the staff. She was really trying to help with what I was looking for and felt well taken care of.If you have shopped for jewelry or perfumes at the store you will find a similar interaction. The attendants truly care about your experience and needs. I love this store and I hope that we get to enjoy it for many more years!

I went in for a specific item. There was a staff member rearranging the position of display furniture. He acknowledged me with a nod and a genuine smile that allowed me to understand he was amenable to being interrupted if I needed help. Personally, I enjoy the adventure of shopping and I found the area the item should have been but was out of stock. My stance must have been telling because I was immediately joined by the furniture mover! He had quietly been aware of a customer in need...not obtrusive just extremely helpful, warm, and informative. I left the store without the item but admiration for the kindness and knowledge of the staff.
