The staff are competent and outgoing, and with an online appointment, I was in and out in 45 minutes. Gabby even checked to be sure I wanted my inspection on Sept 23, when it wasn't due until October, and warned me I'd be "losing" one month. Mahalo for looking out for me!”

“Came in to I.P.O. a few weeks after putting new terrain tires on my 2021 4Runner, to get a 2" lift kit. After their installation, I noticed what seemed to be a new, very slight vibration in my frame and steering wheel. Thought it was from the lift kit they installed (turns out it wasn't). Jeff offered to check it out, and he did. A couple hours after dropping it off, it was ready to pick up. So, what was I problem, I asked. The front tires were out of balance, he discovered, and he rebalanced them all FOR FREE! Without my even asking! And wouldn't even accept cash on the counter. These guys are real professionals, when they step "outside of the box" to troubleshoot and get things fixed. I'll be back there anytime I have a 4WD or suspension issue!! Total trust.”

“The reason I am writing this is because getting repairs on your vehicle brings uncertainty. I felt that I was taken care of straight by Goodyear Kona. Which means a lot more to me than explaining customer service but getting it done.
Came in for an oil change for F150 w/50k miles. Thomas was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Services were explained and performed in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. Subsequently, I was hoping that the service and tire rotation would resolve a humming noise that was coming from my front end. The tire rotation and rebalancing did not alleviate the problem. I scheduled an appointment and brought my truck back next day. Tony diagnosed the problem as a wheel bearing. They replaced same day. Back on the road safely no more humming. Tony was extremely knowledgeable and adept in clearly explaining the problem to me and taking care of it. Skilled communicator and Great mechanic! You’re lucky to have him . Job well done!! “This is an amazing company, Jessica has the best attitude and customer service I have come across in a long time. My wife and I went for a rotation and balance, when they noticed we needed rear brake pads. The service was fast and very fair priced. I am so grateful and pleased with the service from R&G tire. “We were driving on our donut tire to get our main tire repaired. Unfortunately the tread came off the donut tire, exposing the wires. AAA came to the rescue and brought us first to a different institution, which declined us. Firestone, on the other hand, came to the rescue and was exceptional!
