“Came in to I.P.O. a few weeks after putting new terrain tires on my 2021 4Runner, to get a 2" lift kit. After their installation, I noticed what seemed to be a new, very slight vibration in my frame and steering wheel. Thought it was from the lift kit they installed (turns out it wasn't). Jeff offered to check it out, and he did. A couple hours after dropping it off, it was ready to pick up. So, what was I problem, I asked. The front tires were out of balance, he discovered, and he rebalanced them all FOR FREE! Without my even asking! And wouldn't even accept cash on the counter. These guys are real professionals, when they step "outside of the box" to troubleshoot and get things fixed. I'll be back there anytime I have a 4WD or suspension issue!! Total trust.”

“I have never had a bad experience at Lex Brodie, from the fast lube, to buying tires, to the car wash, to today's appointment: safety inspection. The staff are competent and outgoing, and with an online appointment, I was in and out in 45 minutes. Gabby even checked to be sure I wanted my inspection on Sept 23, when it wasn't due until October, and warned me I'd be "losing" one month. Mahalo for looking out for me!”
