“I've used Mac towing twice in the last year. Both times I've been impressed with how painless they make the whole process. Here's what I specifically appreciated:
-- They actually answer the phone when you call
-- They give you an estimated arrival time and then within minutes the driver calls to reconfirm location and an exact ETA based on current traffic
--- They got to me quickly and loaded my car so efficiently
-- They gave me a ride to the tire shop in their clean and air conditioned tow truck
-- They were able to charge my credit card real time without me having to call back into their office
-- I was texted a full digital receipt within minutes but also their driver William made sure I received a detailed physical receipt as well so that my insurance would have everything they needed to reimburse me.
