We came in with a huge shopping job 30 minutes before closing on a Friday and the ladies were AMAZING!!! I would have told us to pound sand but they got the job done!!!! With smiles and humor and professionalism. AND GREAT MUSIC!

I want to give a shoutout to all the workers here always maintaining the best customer service possible. At first I went to return some items to amazon which I selected the incorrect item and would have required me to supply my own box and label. The manager went out of her way to help cancel and redo the return from this location without me having to provide my own box and label. I appreciate this UPS store for providing this service. Thank you very much!

Honestly, the owner of this location is incredibly dismissive of customers and acts completely disinterested to everyone - she even interrupts her staff mid-sentence in front of customers. Very poor view of UPS at this location, and certainly won't take professional business here if this is how they act.

If you’ve lived here for any length of time, you’ll understand that getting packages via USPS is IMPOSSIBLE! We’ve now had a UPS box for a few years…guess what? Our packages now actually get to us! Yes, this place is super busy. Yes, they are rushed for time. BUT, it is soooo much better than the Post Office - and Jenny is a hoot once you get to know her:)
Don’t bother with USPS unless it’s a simple letter that needs a stamp :(

Absolutely fantastic service at the UPS Store Kopiko Plaza. The staff are fast and efficient, processing shipments and pickups smoothly once you’re helped. The line can get a bit long at times, but it moves quickly thanks to the team’s organization and pace.
Most of the delays I’ve seen come from customers with Amazon returns who aren’t sure about packing, labels, or QR codes. Even so, the associates handle it with patience and professionalism, guiding everyone through the process. Overall, a reliable, well-run location I’m happy to use.

I asked the worker how much to print one page and she replied,”$0.49”. So I told her I could email the file to them and was given a laminated email address to send it to. After it printed out and the worker was ringing me up, she told me the cost was $3.64. I asked about the price and she explained that it’s $2.99 to send the email and $0.49 for the printing. I felt fleeced. It was only after directly asking the worker that I was given an explanation. Why wasn’t the worker more transparent?

The customer service was terrible. UPS delivered a damaged box, we returned it in the unopened in same box and they charged us additional money to buy tape so that we could tape it up ourselves. Very unfriendly and unhelpful service.

Vanda (spelling?) was SO helpful getting some pictures to the mainland for me this AM. Also I came during a rush but they very quickly rocked through a ton of people. Very happy with my experience, mahalo!

I called for notary service they gave me Stephanie's phone number Stephanie did not answer the phone or return our call this UPS store is terrible for notary service we were desperate luckily we found Kona notary service where Lorelle helped us immediately and professionally. Do not contact UPS store for notary service, they false advertise!
