“2024/4/10 I went without a reservation.I was wondering if I should rent an electric bicycle somewhere else.I chose this because it was cheap so I could cover the slopes with my physical strength.We aimed for Kailua Beach and Lanikai Beach and were able to get there without getting lost using the map we received.I was able to climb the slope to Lanikai Beach easily with the gearbox without much trouble. (It is a short distance even if you get off and push by hand)I was actually glad I was using a regular bike because I was able to take the shortest course without having to go the wrong way on a one-way street with an electric bike.I think people who can ride Japanese bicycles will be able to ride it easily, even though the brakes are the opposite of what they are in Japan.There were no other customers during the rental process, soIt was easy and didn't take much time, just entering the address on the computer. The clerk was friendly and kind.”
“Coach Will is a really down to earth guy. His passion seems to be cycling and his store shows it -- it is full of various gear, accessories, and energy bars. Very nice interior and soft lighting. It is also nice to see a hobby store in the area. I actually came by because I was renting his Kawasaki motorcycle for the weekend. Great motorcycle!”

Over the course of several days, I showed up 3 times (and called even more) looking for a specific color/ size of roller skates and some extras. Each time I was met with kindness and a genuine desire to find me exactly what I was looking for. I could not be happier with my purchase(s) and the patience/ friendliness of the staff.

“This is Michael McCormick, husband of Hella. Aloha E-Bikes was very helpful in so many ways. Henry explained to me how to order my new Yamaha Crosscore RC e-bike. The bike was shipped right away from Yamaha California to Henry's store (Aloha E-Bikes in Honolulu). Then right away Henry assembled my e-bike and shipped it to me on Maui. In addition, Henry followed up on some very helpful tips regarding operation on bike and even filled out my 5 Year Yamaha Warranty Card.

“I heard that you can use d points, so I visited!A bicycle that does not require pedaling at all (almost like a moped)) I was a little scared at first, but after practicing a few laps in the parking lot in front of the store, I was sent off ?✨The owner? Clerk? Since I am also Japanese, the process was quite smooth.It's 16$ for an hour and 60$ for a day, so it seems more expensive than a pedal bicycle, but since there was quite a bit of uphill to get to Lanikai Beach, I think it was the right choice.I returned it at the end when I got used to it and was able to get some speed, so I want to enjoy it a little more slowly this time.What did you enjoy in Hawaii? It was so much fun that I said, "I wonder if it's a bicycle" (lol)The pet dog ? (Konatsu-chan? Kokona-chan?) was so cute ♡”
