Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Car Rental
Hours: Enterprise Rent-A-Car offers a convenient and reliable car rental experience for travelers in Hawaii and around the world. With over 65 years in the business, they provide exceptional customer service backed by their Standard of Care. The staff at the Kailua location are praised for their friendliness and efficiency, with a special mention for Anna. Customers appreciate the easy booking process, both online and through the mobile app, as well as the complimentary pick-up and drop-off services. Renters highlight the reliability of the late-model vehicles, which are usually available as reserved. Compared to peer-to-peer rental services like Turo, Enterprise may sometimes have slightly higher rates, but customers feel the convenience, reliability, and peace of mind are worth the extra cost. One customer had a particularly positive experience after a car accident, working closely with Katie to seamlessly transition to a suitable rental that could accommodate their family's needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth rental process during a stressful situation. Overall, Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Kailua is praised for its excellent customer service, clean and well-maintained vehicles, and commitment to meeting the needs of its customers, whether they are traveling for business or leisure.
