My husband met with Kameron to look at a Pacifica. Turned out not to be for us but a week later Kameron called my husband about a car that might work for our family. Kameron bought it at auction for us, there were a few issues that needed to be dealt with and Kameron handled it all for us. When I got my car she was absolutely perfect! I can't tell you how much me and my family love our minivan. And we owe it all to Kameron. He made the whole process so easy.
My husband and I had spent hours, weeks, months both online and in person shopping for a car to fit our needs. “You can easily make a reservation from the Nippon Rent-a-Car website in Japan, and Japanese people will be on-site to help you, so if you are not comfortable with English, it is a good idea to rent a car here.
It's located inside the Hilton Hawaiian Village, so it's hard to find the location, so it's a good idea to check in advance.”

“I always use it when I come to Hawaii. It's good that a Japanese person will be at the reception desk, so it's easy to understand and ask questions about anything you don't understand.
The traffic in Waikiki is terrible, so if you don't leave in plenty of time, you won't be able to make it back in time.
I think they used to be open a little later.

“The staff went above and beyond to help us out. We walked in and decided to rent a car for 2 days. We ended up with the rental for 5 day and returned it on Friday. Then on Monday we walked in again because our son's truck broke down and we had no way to get to airport. We wanted someone to set up a uber pickup at 8pm since we never used the app before. Ryan was so courteous and helpful we ended up renting a car and returning it to airport at night. Best idea ever we were able to get those last minute souvenirs. We even got to watch the sunset one last time before leaving Hawaii.”
