“The workers here are Great, they are kind and helpful.The only gripe I have, and it's a BIG ONE, though no fault of the employees, is that the Kaneohe store closed, leaving the Windward side without a FedEx, making us customers travel all the way into town to mail packages.I just hope they are planning to open another store on that side of the Island!Other than that, the employees were very nice, the store was clean, parking was a little tight with only 5-6 stalls behind the store, but my packages were delivered on the day they said they would be, with EVERYTHING intact, including my glass bottles of guava jelly.?”
“Parking here during the day can be pretty hectic. Its in a mini strip mall with 5 or 6 other stores. Limited parking and could possibly block main road if you decide to wait for a spot”

“Expensive to print labels here--use the library copier. But I've never had any problems as so many bad reviews say? Weird. Maybe they are fine now? I've always got done whatever was needed in a timely manner and never heard anyone arguing that works there? No worries now! Most reviews are old here so try them and see for yourself. Since the FedEx pace in Kaneohe closed down, this is where all my Amazon returns go from and I've never had any problems except printing one page labels from my thumb drive is like $1.30? They charge for TIME? Expensive!”
