“A Great Choice for Courier/Delivery Service in Honolulu! We used this company in 2014 to pick up documents in Honolulu and then drop off at Fed-Ex to be delivered to us in the Los Angeles area. They were easy to work with and we were very happy. Now, in 2019 - we needed the opposite service. A bid deadline was on the line and we needed our bid documents picked up from Aloha Air Cargo and delivered to the City of Honolulu. Cidnie was very responsive and assured us this could be done on time. She kept in contact with us via email and sent us a signed delivery receipt - 3 hours before the bid deadline! This is a very professional service who make good on their promises. Highly recommend! (Again...in 2019)”
“It was my FIRST time shipping a car over to the mainland so I was very scared and wasn't sure what to expect when shipping my car over. Basically, I was shipping my car over to Long Beach, CA from Honolulu and then picking it up from California to drive it home to our house in Las Vegas. PRE-SHIPPING: PASHA sent me emails of basically what to expect and to submit prior to me dropping off my car. So after reading the instructions and following the instructions on the link sent to me, I was able to upload all proper documents timely and able to clean my car before I dropped it off. I dropped off my car in Kalihi in this warehouse. I was skeptic about the area because I had no idea where this location was at BUT they had a lot of PASHA signage and identifiers that really helped me navigate into the building. I was able to schedule a drop off time in advance (read the instructions haha) and the people that checked me in were super nice and it wasn't even a long wait. I made sure to empty out all of my belongings. Note: make sure you take all of your important paperwork with you like car registration, etc. I know they say to keep gas less than 1/4 - mine was a little more over 1/4 but the guys said it was good. SHIPPING: Check your emails! PASHA notified me when the ship was leaving port and ETA for it to arrive. I had taken a flight to Japan for a couple of days and was making my way to Las Vegas after Japan and kept checking on my car as I traveled. I dropped off my car on November 14th, it got shipped out on November 22nd and arrived in California on November 27th. But it was in San Diego during that time so they had to drive it over to Long Beach from San Diego. Because of this, it took another 2-3 days until they finally called me to let me know that it was in Long Beach. POST-SHIPPING: They finally called me on November 30th and I was able to schedule a pick-up time the week after in Long Beach (one down side is that the Long Beach office is closed on weekends). I flew out to Long Beach from Las Vegas (I took Southwest) and the airport was super small but was able to get a Lyft/Uber to the pickup location. It took about 10 minutes but it was definitely farther than I thought. When I arrived, I was able to check in and wait for my car to come in. It was pretty seamless and I didn't have to wait at all. My car was a bit dirty but was expected especially after being shipped from Hawaii. Overall, the experience was very easy and I would highly recommend it. I only spent about $900 for my car to be shipped over so not sure if that varies for every car but PASHA had a way better deal compared to MATSON or other shipping companies.”
“I feel obligated to write a view to redeem Pasha from some of the negative comments on here and actually give credit on them for a convenient business they provides to me. Note that I did make my research and inquiries on other shipping companies and brokers. I decided not to go with the brokers because they make it complicated and sounds hard work and ended up shipping with Pasha Hawaii online for as quick as 5 minutes online. All I had to do is make a reservation and pay at a lower price than brokers. I was skeptical at first because of the reviews but you just have to understand, shipping it on a ship does take time and you need to understand when it will be loaded on the vessel so you can schedule your car drop off on time. Below is the screenshot of the schedule and you will get updated as it gets loaded on the vessel and as it arrives to the mainland. They also gave me a call and email once it arrived and was available for pick up as on Nov. 2. to Nov. 7, and it's only $25 per day of delay. So about two weeks of wait time. In conclusion, i recommend shipping with them from Hawaii to Washington.”

“Well first off very informative. I actually just went in for a quote and got all my questions answered. The price was cheaper than I thought and now I'm excited! So I decided to go through with it. Sending a bunch of stuff to my little brother for his birthday. USPS told me it was going to be 2-3 weeks by boat because one piece of his entire gift was a lithium battery. I was bummed!
But then learned that UPS owns its own planes and I can send a lithium battery faster through them. Now I'm able to send all the bulky stuff through flat rate USPS and my lithium battery stuff through UPS. Really glad I got all the info I needed from the the UPS people!”

“I use this for UPS shipments that are too large for the drop box. It's inside the Longs the second east floor of Ala Moana Center. You'll have go to the register in the back, near the doors that exit into the mall. The employees at those registers can scale packages and accept them for drop off. It's the closest drop off for me and there is usually plenty of parking across the street. I just wish I didn't have to walk all the way through the store with my packages. I always have my packages pre labeled, I don't think they can print labels for you.”

“I was waiting on a delivery today and when it wasn’t delivered I panicked. After googling “FedEx Honolulu “ I found this location and arrived shortly before their closing. Shaw at the front register was polite and knowledgeable. He was able to locate my package which was still on the delivery truck in the parking lot and the driver had gone home for the day. Apparently the driver was supposed to scan the package back into the center but left before doing so. Shaw was able to retrieve my order and help me obtain my delivery to meet a deadline. He really saved my weekend as I needed the order for a local event. Mahalo Shaw ! ????”

I've always got done whatever was needed in a timely manner and never heard anyone arguing that works there? No worries now! Most reviews are old here so try them and see for yourself. Since the FedEx pace in Kaneohe closed down, this is where all my Amazon returns go from and I've never had any problems except printing one page labels from my thumb drive is like $1.30?
