“This UPS Store has to be the best! I got a PO Box thinking that the Manoa Post Office was going to close which ended up staying open. Even though the rate is higher here I decided to stay because the service is excellent. They always acknowledge you as you enter. What amazes me is that they all remember your name and box number. Last noght I went in right before closing and to make copies of over 100 sheets of different flyers. The young man there did it and was so polite.He really showed true customer service. Most places when you go in that late to do what I did would have given you attitude or turned you away.I can go on about all the things that they do over and beyond.I highly recommend this store for all your needs.”

“I had the extreme pleasure of being served by Faye last week, and the experience couldn't have gone smoother. She was about to step around the counter when she saw that I was carrying a heavy package but I ran up so she instead reached over the counter to pull it up. She then proceeded to very sweetly and patiently walk me through the entire process of sending the package to Japan. I can't remember when I've had a more pleasant interaction at the post office. She is a definite asset to the Kaimuki branch as well as the entire U.S. Postal system!”

“I feel obligated to write a view to redeem Pasha from some of the negative comments on here and actually give credit on them for a convenient business they provides to me. Note that I did make my research and inquiries on other shipping companies and brokers. I decided not to go with the brokers because they make it complicated and sounds hard work and ended up shipping with Pasha Hawaii online for as quick as 5 minutes online. All I had to do is make a reservation and pay at a lower price than brokers. I was skeptical at first because of the reviews but you just have to understand, shipping it on a ship does take time and you need to understand when it will be loaded on the vessel so you can schedule your car drop off on time. Below is the screenshot of the schedule and you will get updated as it gets loaded on the vessel and as it arrives to the mainland. They also gave me a call and email once it arrived and was available for pick up as on Nov. 2. to Nov. 7, and it's only $25 per day of delay. So about two weeks of wait time. In conclusion, i recommend shipping with them from Hawaii to Washington.”

“I shipped my car from the Oakland port to the Honolulu port and it took way less time that I had originally expected. Upon arriving at the Oakland port they estimated my car to get to Hawaii in 10 days, which was already so much shorter than I had originally assumed. Then the car actually came 4 days early, so in total it only took 6 days to ship which I thought was pretty amazing. Total shipping cost was around $1600 - they more recently upped their prices from $1500 to $1600. Once you are notified that your car arrived, you have 4 BUSINESS days to store it at the lot for free. After that they will start charging you per day (including weekend days) and the fee increases the longer it is there. This worked out well for me because I had a rental car when my car arrived and no extra spot to park my car at the same time, so I had to leave my car at the port for 3 business days until my rental was done. Pickup was super easy. I got a Lyft to Matson Auto Receiving and Delivery: 51 Pier, Honolulu, HI 96819 (DO NOT go to the 1411 Sand Island Parkway address they provide online - it will send you to the wrong building down the street). Then I just had to give them my booking number and ID. I waited for maybe 10 minutes and then they called my name and walked me to my car. They let me do an initial inspection, but everything looked just fine except for a few cobwebs in the front passenger foot area. Finally they provide you with the Bill of Landing and instructions on how to register the car in Hawaii and also a free car wash voucher! Also not to mention everyone working at the Honolulu office was so nice and friendly! Will definitely probably use Matson again if I ever have to ship my car back to the mainland.”

“A Great Choice for Courier/Delivery Service in Honolulu! We used this company in 2014 to pick up documents in Honolulu and then drop off at Fed-Ex to be delivered to us in the Los Angeles area. They were easy to work with and we were very happy. Now, in 2019 - we needed the opposite service. A bid deadline was on the line and we needed our bid documents picked up from Aloha Air Cargo and delivered to the City of Honolulu. Cidnie was very responsive and assured us this could be done on time. She kept in contact with us via email and sent us a signed delivery receipt - 3 hours before the bid deadline! This is a very professional service who make good on their promises. Highly recommend! (Again...in 2019)”

“Ms. Lisa is amazing! We’ve been here since August of last year and the few times we’ve stopped in the post office it has always been Ms. Lisa. She’s very helpful and efficient and ensures that when mailing a box that we’re using the right one with correct postage. One time I accidentally used a priority mail box that wasn’t labeled flat rate and she caught it and I didn’t realize how much cost difference was to send between the two. Ms. Lisa made sure I got the right box as I had already prepaid and hit me with some knowledge that I use going forward. I really hope that while we’re here that Ms. Lisa is permanent as she has such a positive energy and friendly vibe there. She definitely has the Aloha spirit ?”

I can't recall the woman's name that's usually on the right side of the counter, but she's always been very pleasant and helpful. There are some upgraded storage lockers that I haven't used yet but overall the location is kept clean and presentable.”

“I use this for UPS shipments that are too large for the drop box. It's inside the Longs the second east floor of Ala Moana Center. You'll have go to the register in the back, near the doors that exit into the mall. The employees at those registers can scale packages and accept them for drop off. It's the closest drop off for me and there is usually plenty of parking across the street. I just wish I didn't have to walk all the way through the store with my packages. I always have my packages pre labeled, I don't think they can print labels for you.”

Prices are transparent & they offer you alternative shipping options. This is the only location I would go to. “Mailing an Easter gift to the mainland from Honolulu, Hawaii...I found an appropriate gift for my God daughter in Virginia and needed to mail it. Several post offices in the downtown area were closed on a Saturday and some don't have free parking.I remembered the Kahala location of the US Postal Service and drove there. There were several empty stalls and a short line of customers inside. I tried the self-service kiosk, but my package was an unusual shape. I stood in line for a few minutes and in no time, I was done! I think my gift will arrive in time for Easter!Thank goodness for the Kahala Post Office and its efficient, competent staff! I appreciate the air conditioning, free Flat Rate Boxes, and clean environment! I'll be back!”

I've always got done whatever was needed in a timely manner and never heard anyone arguing that works there? No worries now! Most reviews are old here so try them and see for yourself. Since the FedEx pace in Kaneohe closed down, this is where all my Amazon returns go from and I've never had any problems except printing one page labels from my thumb drive is like $1.30?
