“Very good store I went here 2 years and a half years ago like on September 28, 2021 and I got a jay ninjago set I really liked it!Also are there any lego movie 2 sets available in your store I am wondering if you have set 70849? please let me know if you do”
“Super friendly customer service from Jonathan and Kat, as usual! this store is filled to the brim with ultra unique goodies and gifts you can only find in Hawaii. Prices are not necessarily cheap, but they reflect the quality of the store and the shopping experience you get, so it’s totally worth it. You can also take a picture with their big miffy lamp which is super fun!”
“It's a great place for all your miniatures war game and TCG needs. Prices are some of the best on the island, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. All and all great place to get some games in or chill and paint some minis”

“Excellent hole in the wall spot for anime merch in Honolulu!!I was able to find exports that I can't find back home in texas for a great price. Definitely recommend checking it out if you are in Honolulu!!!!”
“AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Ken walked me though the whole process of how to look up cards and makes sure I got the best price available!! I went to another shop that tried to RIP ME OFF so I thought I’d get a second opinion! Luckily I did! The staff was super friendly and super helpful! He even gave me a box and some cards for FREE to fill the box! Absolutely amazing experience!!! Would 100% recommend to anyone who wants to buy cards or any collectibles!!! They are super knowledgeable and they won’t try to rip you off!!!! Thanks again for all your help guys!!! MAHALO!!”
“This place is awesome, gotta be the best place for Gunpla on the island. Small shop with lots of kits, tools, and accessories for all at reasonable prices. Especially tools, since I saw so many tools that I couldn't find in other places or they're super marked up online. Derron was super helpful and went to great lengths in finding a hobby knife for me. Would definitely come here again for all my Gunpla needs.”
“I love going into a Lego store. So many things I want to buy but the money is always the issue. Hey tip the most stores have a table with damaged items that are on sale. It is a great way to get a set that is a lot of fun and all their with just a damaged box.”
“Great selection of Funko POPs that already come with pop protectors. Store owner is super friendly and willing to help you find what you want. I highly recommend this local small business! One of the things we like to do when travelling is to hit up all the hobby shops in the area. We saw Happy Sea come up as an official Games Workshop stockist when we were researching shops to visit. Their stock of Warhammer products are slowly expanding, and have the bread and butter items in-store (and as an official stockist, you can always just order from them if the store doesn't carry what you want). Managed to get the new Barbgaunts set on release-day.I can't wait to visit them again and see what new items they'll add!”

“Went in to buy some Pokemon singles for my daughter. The initial person I talked to didn't seem terribly helpful, but he did pass me off to someone who helped me use their in-store inventory tablet that seemingly connects to their TCG player singles storefront.I really liked this setup as it was relatively easy to get cards from various sets. This salesperson, Daniel, was very patient with us and was very kind to my daughter as I helped her pick out her cards.Every time we visit Oahu, we'll be back!”

“A hidden treasure! Lots of everything for a special gift(s). Located at the City Square Plaza in Kalihi. Also, Judy's Shop. All various kinds of crack seed and treats. Check out the photos for more. Go check them out and you don't want to miss their specials,”
“Just ran across this store today. It's a little tucked in and can easily miss it but the store worker was very nice and knowledgeable about the various cards. Recently began collecting pokemon cards and I got some good information and the price for the cards were reasonable.”
“The best collector shop on the island. This place is packed to the brim with toys, comics and more. They actually had a ghostbusters hot wheels ecto but we decided not to buy it because our 3 year old would want to open it. We ended up buying a peter venkman funko for him to play with. The owner is really friendly and helped us navigate our stroller in his tight shop.”
“Kawaii and cuteness overload... JQ Store Hawaii found it's new home here in the International Marketplace from the former Ala Moana Plaza and aren't we all thrilled that they did. Filled with all things Japanese it's not limited to the plushies and stationaries we all grown to love and miss as many Japanese stops have slowly disappeared JQ has a great variety to please all levels of anime lovers. Located on the second level right above the Kuhio Avenue Food Hall the first thing I saw as soon as I walked in was some discounted holiday items which is a great time to stock up and find unique decor that area so cute and fun. They do have a huge stock of plushies so fluffy and cute all covered in plastic so that you have no worries of cleanliness along with mystery boxes, huge choices of pens and model kits which are items that can be pricey but are hard to find items even in Japan. A great place with staff that are always willing to help you find items that they may help you to find or just a question, here at JQ Store its a fun trip without the long travel plans. Thank you!”
“I frequent Think Things often (I have a 7-year-old!). Every time we visit the store, I can always count on friendly banter with their employees when I am checking out. Occasionally, the store will be slow and we will talk story with Marcus, who is always very helpful when we're looking for "something"!Their selections of toys, especially ones that encourage a child's interest in STEM, is pretty decent. They also have a good amount of the toys that are trending at any given point in the year (Pokemon (figurines and cards) as well as Bakugan). I also appreciate their selection of nostalgic toys such as lava lamps and plasma balls!Their prices are higher than what you would see on Amazon or Walmart or Target; however, I can imagine they need to factor in shipping costs and their rent at Kahala Mall.I recommend checking Thinker Things out! Even if your kid doesn't find anything, you may find a piece that reminds you of your childhood!”
“Decided to stop by at this place and purchased Hawaiian souvenir. They have cool collection of soft toys and accessories. The staff was really nice and helpful as well.”
“Just started collecting again and checked out this place. They have a good selection and stock for the most part. Got some decent pulls from loose packs so they seem honest as well.”
“Ordered online as I live on Maui. I love the local themed baby clothes and it’s also supporting a local brand as well. Very fast inter-island shipping. There was no damage to the package upon arrival. Definitely recommend!”
“I was hesitant to come after reading negative reviews but glad I did! They do have hand sanitizer when you walk in, which we used because realistically everyone is touching all of the merchandise. Employees were friendly to us. They have a huge selection from figures, eating utensils, stationary, blankets, stuffed animals, calendars and lots more. Most are not things you will find online. We bought a $25 8inch stuffed animal and a $12 calendar. Happy we got to see the store”

“I enjoy coming here, there’s a lot of books of all sorts to choose from. I came here just to look around, but ended up buying more than I thought. They have books for everyone and some little trinkets, you can’t go wrong with this place and it’s conveniently located next to some coffee and cafe shops.”
