Patients have praised the urgent care for its friendly and accommodating staff, who are great with children. The wait times can be a bit long, but the staff makes the experience positive for young patients by providing toys and treats. The clinic offers rapid PCR testing for COVID-19, as well as testing for strep, flu, and RSV. Patients have been impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the medical staff, who have provided excellent care for a variety of issues, from neck problems to surf accidents requiring stitches. The administrative staff, particularly the front desk, have also been noted for their kindness and efficiency, even when the clinic is busy. Went smoothly the whole time from check-in to walking out. Everyone was nice, informative and helpful. Got my prescription fully explained by the doctor, called into pharmacy and picked up asap. Overall great experience, thank you to everyone there on a Saturday morning!
