“**update- I was very promptly emailed requesting to confirm I was the correct person and then received my receipt emailed as requested. Seems it was a misunderstanding and glad to know they’ll correct it for anyone else in the future that has a similar issue.. assuming I couldn’t have been the only one. Thank you! **My review is not my experience of receiving a covid test which went easily and without hassle. However I am on military orders abroad and unfortunately lost my receipt in transit (for the $150 I am supposed to be reimbursed thru a travel claim). I called and was told they are not “up to date” on email and there is no way possible they can email me a copy of receipt or furnish proof that I paid. I’m just quite confused how it is 2021 and they can’t send a quick email. I’d love to update this to a 5-star if they can do so but I doubt I’ll be contacted back to fix the simple solution.”

“I went a few months back, showed up with they opened and i was the first in there and the first to be seen, they sent off a few samples and a prescription because we were pretty sure we knew what was going on and i was out of there in 30 minutes. The doctor was super nice and listened to what i told him and the people at the front desk were super kind and helpful and made sure that my insurance was accepted at the lab they use prior to sending anything off to make sure i would be covered.”
