“Lovely hidden gem on the island to make and glaze pottery! The teacher is so patient and kind, and will help you throughout the entire process. I was able to schedule a one on one class on a weekday, by just calling the Clayworks number. There’s also a storefront where you can purchase pottery. I had a blast making pottery on the wheel and I will definitely be returning to Clayworks to make even more pottery! ?”

“I had been looking for shells for my granddaughter and finally found them in this delightful shop, at a very reasonable price. ( from 80 cents to $2.80 each). I also bought one that was quite large- maybe 6-7 inches long- in a beautiful pink that was only $12.80. I was very pleased with this purchase. The other items in the store were really nice too- not your typical made in China surfboards. They had totes and other items made of fabric that are great souvenirs. The sales staff was very helpful and pleasant, giving me a basket to hold all my shells and wrapping them carefully for me to travel. The wooden serving pieces were also very nice and very well- priced. Lots to chose from - I think I might have to go back tomorrow for more!!!”

“This was my favorite shop in Kauai. Dale Marie had a little bit of everything in her shop, from reasonably priced small souvenirs to exclusive jewelry. She took the time to answer questions and tell about each artist. I loved shopping at this quaint, local shop!”
