“I am writing this for my parents as they don't have a Yelp account. Thank you to Mackey, Kaimi, and their manager, Lauren for all their help. Mackey was attentive throughout the entire sales process and answered every question in extensive detail. My dad is a pretty demanding as a customer and literally wanted to see almost every type of car they had available on the lot. Mackey was patient and personable through all of my dad's demands. Kaimi was able to share his knowledge with my parents as they had many questions about additional packages and add ons. It was like shopping in a small local family owned shop with them. They really made my mom and dad feel at home. Lauren also introduced herself to my parents and my mom was impressed with the quality of customer service they received. I called, and was helped right away and given an appointment to come in a couple of days later. When I drove out, I realized I had passed their business many times but just didn't know they were tucked right off the main road. The service provided was friendly, fast and professional. “I drive an old 1998 Nissan truck and live on the Windward where the air is very salty and causes a lot of rust. The rust grew under the front windshield and touched the edge of the glass which caused a long crack. I made arrangements with Ace to come to my home and remove the glass so I could repair the rust. Then Ace came out a week later and installed the new windshield. Richard is very fast when removing and installing the windshield.Very happy with the service and staff. This was the 5th time I used this company and will continue using them.”

You may need to put a deposit down to place a vehicle on hold which could arrive anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months out. maybe longer if you're looking for a popular vehicle. “Wil has been my go to guy for almost a year a now, and has been working on all the things I want done to my 2002 M3. He's always been responsive and honest with how long things will take and always saves the old parts to show what was replaced. Yes, it's not your normal type of shop, but there hasn't been anything to big or small for him and a BMW certified shop wanted to charge 1,100 to change some bushings, Wil for example did it for $400.”

I had a small issue after picking it up but called, brought it back and it was fixed in a few minutes. Solid local company. 3 year warranty which gives you some peace of mind. Do need to bring it in twice during that period for annual inspection and fee to maintain warranty but worth it,.Service: Transmission”
