“What a great shopping experience with Chastang Ford. Met with my salesman Nestor Garcia mid morning and agreed on a vehicle and price. The sales manager Martin Gembe worked a deal that I accepted and I was on my way to driving a new truck. Since the purchase needed the dealership to install tint, bed liner and 5th wheel hitch. Mr. Garcia scheduled all three activities and had me a loner waiting for me. Mr. Garcia has continued to help in any way he can if I call or text with questions or concerns. The buying of the truck and service afterwards has been 5 stars for me. I will plan on purchasing from Mr.Garcia in the future if the need arises. I was not in the dealership all day like previous buying experiences. Mr. Garcia understood my time was just as important and the entire process lasted less than 4 hours. “I had been extremely particular about the vision that I had for my 2024 Bronco, “Smoky Mocha”. I didn’t want her to look too masculine, but I wanted her to be tough. After searching online and visiting a couple of shops that tried to sway me getting a lift, removing the crash bars, blah, blah, blah…..just STOP ALREADY!!! My husband found Texas Truck and Tire and on Memorial Day we rushed like the wind to make it there on time with only minutes to spare. They were not ONLY still open 5 minutes before closing but still providing EXCELLENT customer service. They had the perfect sized WHEELS & TIRES in the size that I had been looking for. No lifts required and they didn’t try to push me into anything extra, GEEZE!!!! I was able to make my purchase, take advantage of the Memorial Day discount, and set up the appointment for installation the following day.
I was so over the moon with excitement that my husband inquired about his toy and they quickly located the perfect Z06 wheels for his Vette and could not be happier! These guys are FIRE! They supplied us with what we needed, and the prices are extremely reasonable for all vehicles!
