“Nice friendly place to stop by and refuel both your vehicle and you. Pretty good selection of the more common auto supplies although when I visited, they were all pau out of 5W-30 SAE engine oil. Because of location, this is one of the busiest 76 stations I've experienced on the Windward side. The line was long but it moved incredibly fast especially with two cashiers doing a great job amidst the continued flow of customers. Location makes it nice as you can fuel up, and shop at Safeway, Longs, etc, all within a couple hundred meters of each other. This station is also nice as it has good clean windshield fluid, squeegees, and towels to wipe off your windows while you fuel. Many stations don't even bother to change out the fluids in the fuel pump mounted basins, so you end up putting dirty fluid on your car windows.... Check back often for specials.”

“Times Koolau Pharmacy Manager - Erika GutierrezErika was kind and showed warm personal concern when I called her pharmacy location as a first time customer. Right away when we spoke she could hear the frustration in my voice after I explained that two of the local large chain store pharmacies I use monthly to fill my meds, told me they were out of one of my regularly ordered meds that I depend on, and could not give me a time frame for when it would be in stock nor any advice or direction, other than that I should call around to individual pharmacies to see if any of them had it in stock.After multiple calls to several different pharmacies in Honolulu and Kailua, I kept getting the same answer, there was a national shortage and back log of orders waiting to be filled and they could not give me a time frame or any suggestions, other than for me to keep calling around. Needless to say, by the time I called Times Koolau and Erika picked up my call, I was near to tears and convinced I would have to go without my medication for an undisclosed amount of time. Erika listened to my explanation, acknowledged and empathized with my situation and expressed her regret for what I was going through. She was quick to offer her help, inputting my information into their system as a new customer, then calling a Times Pharmacy location nearer to where my husband currently was (in Kailua), explained the situation to their Pharmacist and let them know my husband would be coming by with my prescription. Erika then offered to follow up with me and asked me to let my husband know that he could head over to her location if the Kailua location was unable to fill the script for any reason.She went above and beyond and while no guarantees were made, just speaking to someone who I felt was sincerely interested in helping me, was understanding, empathetic and willing to offer me their assistance in navigating a challenging situation, immediately made my anxiety and stress level lessen.The Times Kailua location was able to fill my prescription within half an hour and when I called Erika to thank her and let her know, she was so sincerely happy and relieved on my behalf, that it made me determined to switch all of my prescriptions over to a Times location near me.A big Mahalo to Erika for her warm and exemplary customer service. I highly recommend switching to Times Pharmacy if you are not already a customer. I’m sure they will make you feel like you’re part of their Ohana❤️”

“First time for us to this branch on the Windward side. We were driving around the island.Very helpful pharmacist who actually left her post to show me where the recommended Allegra was (sneezing and coughing) and the different types ie 12 hours vs 24 hours.Hubs used their restroom after a family of 4. It's by their minute clinic and you need a key.We also picked up lemon peel, ginger, li hing cherry, and more. Doc was generous as ever and paid for everything. She's too quick.Glad we found this store as we had Yelped 2 crack seed shops that were supposed to be nearby.Longs had what we needed so we headed home after that.”

“Great place to get all your vaccines and shots. Patient and pharmacy coordination is wonderful and everything goes smoothly. The pharmacy staff is patient, caring, and understanding. Have had all the Covid, flu, pneumonia, and other shots here.”

“Prescriptions are way cheaper at Walgreens than Long's!!! All these years I've been going to Long's!!! I picked up a prescription a few months ago and it was $100 (with insurance) at Long's!!! The next time I picked up the same prescription from Walgreens and it was $25.00!!! I am sick to my stomach!!!”
