“Take my money! I drove to USPS to UPS and finally to FEDEX in search of the best option to ship a package that needs to arrive in a timely manner. USPS couldn’t guarantee my package would arrive via flat rate mail (even though it says 3-5 days on their signage), UPS priced me at $60 for 2 day shipping and FedEx guarantees it will arrive in 2 days all for $20 or my money back!
Rachel had phenomenal customer service at FedEx (and to be fair USPS and UPS did too) but Rachel went above and beyond. She even offered me scissors to use so I could rebox my shipment into their one rate box….USPS doesn’t ever offer that. And she helped me understand better ways to ship in the future with a smile on her face. It felt like I was talking to a good friend.
Why did I not know that the prices at FedEx beat the competition?!?! Did everyone know this except more me?!?!”

“I dont really ever leave reviews...However...i must say....i had THEE BEST EXPERINCE at Signs Today...!!!I wanted to print some vinyl stickers for my car and only had an idea of what i wanted...I tried going to a few print shops but they werent really much help at all....they told me that i needed to give them a file for them to print it and gave me some quotes.Im not too good with computers and designing stuff...so needless to say...i was about to give up.Anyway, i gave it one more shot and stopped by Signs Today...and im So Glad i did..!! Not only did they take the time to listen to what i wanted, they sent me a few samples for me to choose from. I liked one of the samples but wanted to "tweak" it a little...and they didnt mind doing the revisions for me...a couple times...lolI mustve been a nightmare customer for them, but they didnt show it and were super nice throughout the whole process.Their customer service was EXCELLENT...the price was GREAT...and the turnaround time was SUPER QUICK...!!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for ANY and ALL printing needs...!!!THANKS SIGNS TODAY...i WISH ALL BUSINESSES were LIKE YOU...!!!”

He assisted us in changing the document to PDF without leaving the store. Saving us time and more so, frustration. We were pleasantly surprised by the level customer service provided. Reviewing the flyer at home, Taylor was the talk of the evening. Out of town family agreeing they would not have gotten that kind of help back home.
